Hey, the air dribble thingy every time I kick the ball on the floor and instantly jump it just either does the over head thing or just get back in my feet

Same me too and the over head thing you said is called heel flick or rainbow flick and it's much more easy to air dribble by looking towards the sky and hold down kick button and simultaneously jump.

It’s because when you’re holding the ball you go a little slower so every time you do that small kick your speed goes back to normal so people don’t catch up to you and steal the ball. Your welcome for the explanation
