How do we give the master its measurement with the pieces, Sorry if this is a weird question🙂

It really depends, but first, decide how many pleats you want to make.
For example, if you want 6 pleats,
First, make 6 points.
Second, check your waist size.
if your waist is 16", you need to make the fabric three times longer,
so your pleated skirt width would be 16 * 3 = 48".
Then, follow along with the tutorial.
It can always be changed based on your preference.
