UPDATED PROGRAM:
Hi everyone,
I've made a minor adjustment to the program flow by replacing the PRENUP AVP with a SAVE THE DATE (if you have one)
The reason for this is that I've realized couples want to see their prenup avp together with their friends and family.
So I've moved the PRENUP AVP after dinner to be played right after the GROWING UP AVP. Since these videos go well together.
If you don't have a GROWING UP AVP. Then just play PRENUP AVP.

Hi Eri! Thank you for this video! I learned a lot! I will be hosting a wedding of my colleague/friend next month (this is my first time to host a wedding by the way 😂😱). The couple wants the program to be ‘nontraditional’ (no cake,toast,dove ceremonies 😱). They just told me they want the event to be intimate and memorable. Hi Eri Neeman, I love your program layout and I am sooooo excited I came across your video. I get so emotional just hearing your explain the entire process because I am getting married soon. My Fiancee and I have been praying together for every meal since we started dating, it's our tradition, and I was wondering where I could incorporate our Thanksgiving prayer whilst dinner being served from 6-8pm, and mariachis will be playing 6-7pm. I would like for everyone to be present so I don't want to start too early but also I don't want it to be too late. Should we just leave our Thanksgiving prayer in private then?
Heidi Medrano Hi Heidi, I'm very glad you like it. For the Thanksgiving Prayer, you can have it where the prayer is within this program.
To make it more personal, you can even have the host say that this is something you do ever since.
Then you both lead the prayer together with everyone before you dine.
I feel that'll be a really nice touch. 😊

Reich Martin Usually the same. Only difference is who is speaking. At the end, the kids speaking instead of the parents is a nice way to change it up if that is an idea you'd like. :)

HJ santos Happy help Jinky. Wedding singers can perform before you resume the program after dinner. Which is basically before the growing up video. Best to intro them once the majority are just about to have dessert. So the host can resume the program after.
For the garter toss. That depends. Do you still plan to have a game within the program?

If you plan to have the bouquet/garter toss as well as a game, it's good to have that right after dinner before your growing up avp.
I've mentioned that you have your wedding singers special performance, so you'd have the B&G toss after that performance.
Then have the growing up avp.
After the growing up avp, have the maid of honor speech then have the best man toast/message after.
Then you have the game.
So here's a sample flow.
Dinner
Wedding Singers (During dessert)
B&G Toss
AVP Growing Up
MOH message
Best Man Message
Game
Onsite Photo
and so on... (Just follow the flow of the program above after the onsite photo)
That should be ideal if you plan to have the B&G toss.
How many songs will the wedding singers have by the way? This is a special performance? Or a whole set?
What I understand is they'll be performing a few special songs for you. Maybe 2 or 3.

Hi! First of, thank you for putting this up. This really helped big time. I wad looking forward on doing this same program for my wedding.
However, things came up and we decided not to have any kind of dancing on my wedding anymore (not even the first dance nor the father daughter dance)
Now I'm kind of lost as I'm not really sure what to do on the reception. I was hoping you could advise and suggest so that my reception wouldn't be so boring? We wanted to keep it solemn. Help please? 🙈

@@EriNeeman Hi. It's due to some restrictions which we both decided to follow.
Erika Dela Cruz Hmmm... I'd say to replace the first dance in the beginning you can maybe read your vows to each other instead? If you have vows for each other and if won't be read in the church.
For the parents dances. You can just have their messages to you both one after the other instead. No dances. That's no problem. :)

If it matters to the couple for them to speak then yes no worries. But usually they don't really do messages most of the time based on experience. It's usually family and long time friends.

Aubrey Dianne Villa Oh it's a voice over. It's basically announcing something off stage. Usually a host does these announcements where he/she is not required to be on stage for. Commonly times for this are when the program hasn't started yet or during dinner.
