To be fair to young Simon , he makes a valid point regarding the fitness and endurance of snooker players compared to tennis players. Shaun Murphy and Mark Allen have won numerous tennis open titles despite them having a combined weight of two large hippos. I also seen Andy Murray in a snooker club in Govan playing a best of 5 frames snooker match. After three frames Murray collapsed to the ground exhausted and couldn't carry on.

We bought Ryan Christie and sent him on loan straight back to Caley thistle and then to Aberdeen to continue him getting first team football. By the time his loan at Aberdeen finished he was straight into the first team and one our best players. It’s about Celtic getting these young players like Lennon Miller and continuing him getting first team football before he leaves to go down south or follow a lot of other Scottish talent to Italy. Then out our price range.

Talking of young players. Lennon Miller and Bailey Rice played together in Motherwell youth sides who regularly beat rangers and Celtic. Rice moves to Rangers and barely plays football. Miller got 30-40 games under his belt at first team level and advanced further. Both still very young only 17/18 but no doubt Rice will be looking at Miller with a bit of envy.
Even as a rangers fan, I must say, young players at that age should not bother going to rangers or Celtic. Much better going to a hibs, hearts, Aberdeen, Dundee Utd, Motherwell, kilmarnock, st Mirren etc etc and get a chance to play first team football at a young age. The pressure at the old firm completely stifles developing talent.
