I had a great week. Thank you very much. You even made it better now I appreciate your generous donation. Thank you for supporting my channel. Have a great week German in Venice Michael.
So glad that I made the drive out - it was such a fun event!! My partner and I were going to say hi, but you always had so many people coming up to you! Thanks for sharing your video, GiV, and it was nice seeing you there!
The GIV surrounded by so many time machine's, i know you were happy about that. I loved these movie's growing up, it's pretty wild how many people still love them from all different ages. They don't need to put up anymore condos, to many people visit this place. Thanks for taking us along Mike, and much love from a lady in Michigan. G-d bless.
Good evening Mike awesome video today. Back to the Future mall before it's demolished. It will be end of an area.😢 Thanks for sharing this with us. Your awesome 😎📸
Hey GIV, that's my MALL!!!!!!!! I grew up going to Puente Hills in the 70s-80s. I lived down the street on Azusa Ave. I used to work at the old AMC Theater along the 60. I went to SegaCenter arcade, my first Chik-Fil-A and have so many pictures with Santa Claus there. It's so sad what it's become but I am glad it is part of cinematic history. I got to visit in July and it was just depressing. Part of my childhood is gone soon but the memories will live on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doc Impersonator was great, the DeLoreans were awesome. Really enjoyed this video. The people were so happy to be there, I could feel their joy, wow! Thanks Mike.
thanks for sharing. I love watching these no matter how many times I see it. I would hate that them all got torn down. They should do a big movie night showing back to the future in the parking lot before that happens.
Super great video, Mike! You are correct, sir! He was the best Doc Brown ever! So sad about the possible demolition of that cherished mall. I hope they don't do it. 😟 Love you Mike!❤
Aw man! That would've been so cool to hang out! Wish I heard about stuff like this before it happens...thank you so much for filming, and as always, with such great and friendly energy! Thanks so much, GiV. Always happy to see you and your videos!
That guy is an incredible "Doc." It'll be interesting to see what and if they actually demolish the mall. If they make it into condos, they'll probably keep some part of it for shops for the residents. "15-Minute Cities" are all the rage now.
I went to Whittier High from 82 to 86 and remember so well when Back to the Future was filmed at our school! Puente Hills mall was one of my favorite malls, I left CA 12 years ago and had no idea it was being demolished😢Fun fact, Tina Yothers from Family Ties lived close by and I saw her shopping at Puente Hills mall in the late 80s, she was so kind and friendly!
Oh wow, this is super awesome! The Back-to-the-Future trilogy was one of my all time favorite movie series! I didn't realize there was a real mall where the filming took place, thinking it was a movie set. I sure hope they don't tear it down.
As a fellow Canuck from the Great White North (Canada), I thank you for showing the Puente Hills Mall. I have seen Adam The Woo vid few weeks back about the mall going to get demolished to build condo (may be) or redevelopment of the mall area. I do hope there's a plaque indicate where BTTF1 was filmed and to preserve the cinematic memory. I can't be there, but you and many TH-camr show us the BTTF Day and its glorious!
I lived across the street from that mall. I went to the set and saw them setting up for the filming they were doing late at night. I remember when they opened the mall. The last time I went there it was sad. Very sad. Also across the freeway there is a huge collectibles flea market they have like three or four days a week. Frank and Sons is the name of it.
Sadly, everything moves on and even the amazing Skylab may have stayed in orbit till now to be revisited except for decaying orbit and reentry and destruction. ISS will end too at some point and the 1975 Sth Pole dome was replaced by a two story massive building a decade ago. These Hollywood locations are so good to revisit especially when you were young and saw the movies, but everything changes and evolves and you can only enjoy it now while you can.
Doc Brown actor was really good..❤ always be grateful when folks give you a gift. Being humbled is okay but never try to reject a gift because you are a celebrity now you cheer up someone, you make their day when you make contact with your fans, be grateful and show your appreciation for the gift, or their appreciation 😊
You are a celebrity . . . a VIP . . . more and more recognizable. Great that you link physical locations to scenes in the movie. Thank you, GiV. Stay safe.
The ROSS moved from the Plaza across the street in 1985 when Marty comes down on the skateboard, to currently inside the mall. BTW, I didn't know ROSS was around since then.
The 1st movie was actually made July 3 1985! Dang 39 years later who knew? Dang will there be a 40 year get together in this parking lot? Probably not! I had a Dr he looked just like Michael J Fox! Friend's went to appointments with me they thought I was kidding DR BRADLY PACE! I called him Doc Hollywood in reference to another of his movies! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
I was there! You made my day by taking a picture with my son❤. We love you! You were the biggest celebrity there!!!!
It's great to see all the smiling faces. TY for taking me along GIV.
That Doc Brown towards the end was really good 😃
His name's Scott, and he's great.
@@mikehendrickson85 Great Scott!

i have never seen Back to the Future! guess i will take a gander now that you are showing all the devoted fans. thanks.
I love Back to the future movie. I have watched it over and over again! Thank you German in Venice for putting this on TH-cam 😀
9:04 as a kid I always wanted that Toyota more than the time machine
In 1987, I got a blue 1985 Toyota 4x4 after seeing the movie 😀I put the roll bar and lights on it myself to match! We are kindred spirits lol
The jeep was iconic
That was so awesome, thank you GiV...👍👍👍
awesome video, so many memories come up. love the movie, too. cheers.
25:31 Best Doc Brown Impression I have seen! Onya GIV!!!!
Thanks GIV for capturing a moment of our childhood; so much fun
Wow, what an amazing turn out! Wish I could have been there!

It was Epic. Historical ❤
I have been growing up in West Covina since 92. i only found out about this through your channel.
I'm not sure why it was not pushed more back then.

I thought Adam The Who would show up for this. 😅 Good video 👍

Another fun one!
Save the mall
Fundraiser concert?
This mall has been in decline since 2010. Hopefully they can put something nice there.
This is the mall I grew up at. The Puente Hills mall has been dead for well over a decade. It's surprising it has survived for this long.
My hometown mall!!! Had many fun times here, especially AMC 30 Movie Theater
Don't forget to check out "Back to the Future, the musical" at the Pantages Theater in Hollywood from November 5th to December 1st.
Fabulous night!!
25:32 i don’t know his name but he IS DOC BROWN !! I have seen him so many times and can honestly say he is Awesome.

Very good actors . Awesome 😎
Awesome!
Wow looks like a fun night, i wish i was there.I know Adam The Woo would of loved this.

That mall was built on a hotspot for fossils. Used to take field trips there in school to look for them in early 70s
Interesting. Who knows how many other fossils sit there.

That place was packed! So cool. It's a shame if they tear down all of those iconic buildings seen in Back to the Future
Hello from Las Vegas.
They gotta keep this mall it means to much to us fans
The 1st movie was actually made July 3 1985! Dang 39 years later who knew? Dang will there be a 40 year get together in this parking lot? Probably not! I had a Dr he looked just like Michael J Fox! Friend's went to appointments with me they thought I was kidding DR BRADLY PACE! I called him Doc Hollywood in reference to another of his movies! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
