I can play this on the piano.. i think the main part that i have trouble with is the octaves. I have really small hands, so its hard to stretch them to play the continuous octaves and they get really tired at the end. The octaves are the same 4 notes the whole time though, so it's easy to remember. The top hand is basically the same pattern in the beginning and end, and in the middle it's really easy. Just quarter notes, whole notes and half notes basically. Oh, and there's almost no sharps and flats, too. If you already know how to play piano and are good at octaves, you should be able to play it well ^_^
Don't worry eventually you'll be able to reach (most likely anyways) but once you can this song is extremely easy to play. Especially if you can stretch 11 notes... I have real man hands
