The Working Days is a User Defined Field that was created under the Enterprise>UDF menu. A Global Change function (under Tools>Global Change) was created that made "(Working Days = Original Duration) / 8". This is assuming all the calendars are using an 8 hour day, as shown in the example. If you have a WBS node that is using a different number of hours per day, then your Global Change statements will need to be bit more complex to take into account the different hours per day.
