I dint think they were triggered at all. I think the Bengali comic was looking for an excuse to rag on Trump and decided that because they pleaded the 5th he decided to manufacture a Trump connection and attack them. Then the big nosed Hebrew hosting this show saw that as HIS opportunity to attack.

@mrvlsmrv I read it all thee time, and I would say, probably both, to your comments. But the Bible encourages us to empathize with the ignorant and deluded, not criticize. As Jesus said, "They know not what they do." And many still do not, in 2024. I am guilty too.

She keeps saying, "They chose to have the baby..." No dear, we are talking about the babies that were not chosen. The one they couldn't choose to have. They were forced, even when they knew they couldn't care for a child at that point in their lives. Their choice was taken away. I don't care if an individual thinks it's a good choice or a bad choice. It Is not my place to judge. The right to choose is a God Given Right, not one I'd dare think I had the right to take away.
They want to take the choice and make people have the baby then once the baby is born it's what you decided, chose to become a parent so your on your own. Just repeating things she's heard others say not concerning herself if the things oppose the first or not.
They should not have had sex then. Or give the baby up for adoption. Abortion is not birth control.
@@Control_alt_delete I don't think she understands how many unwanted babies that is. Almost a million a year. 5 million in five years. 10 million in 10 years? There are already 500,000 children waiting for adoption, that one one wants. Adoption sounds nice, but not that many families want to adopt. The first year or two will cover all those families that have been waiting, many for years, but after that most the babies will end up being raised in a Government Facility. Unloved. God know how well they would be treated.

Exactly. That's why so many authoritarians are religious. They've been primed their whole life that faith (believing something without evidence) is somehow a virtuous thing and so when confronted with conflicting ideas that disprove their bias they ignore it and have faith that they just don't know enough to argue their point but they must be right, after all they have God on their side....right?
That’s why they want American classrooms filled with God and not educational materials. It’s why they take offense to anyone highlighting the many “less than stellar” aspects of our history (while conversely yapping about losing THEIR heritage). My wife with our last child...she was 11 weeks pregnant, she didnt know it til she had a 3 day straight migraine and went to the doctors to get something for it. It was then she found out she was pregnant, when they happen to do a pregnancy test. My wife showed absolutely no symptoms whatsoever indicating she was pregnant. The claims that a woman will know if she's pregnant is complete BS, from conception, Ive heard this from many MAGA followers Ive talked to.

When I was 20 weeks pregnant, I had my ultrasound which showed my planned, very wanted baby had anencephaly, which was no skull and most of the brain was not formed. I chose to terminate the pregnancy. I walked into the clinic and was screamed at, called a whore, called a murderer, spit on and told I was going to burn in hell.
He would be 24 in October, and I never stopped thinking about him, but I think I did the right thing, and I didn't believe that I owed ANYONE any explanation for my choices.

In the past EIGHT Presidential elections the GOP has only won the popular vote ONCE (GWBush 2004). The Electoral College is an archaic, obsolete and patently unfair system that benefits the right wing and has for decades. Every other political office in this country, state and federal, uses a straight up and down popular vote. We saw the gymnastics that the GOP went through in 2016 & 2020 to gerrymander, manipulate electors and weasel out any advantage they could and they still lost the national vote by millions. They know they'll never see the inside of the Oval Office again if the Electoral College wasn't there to protect them. Why our party doesn't make it a huge issue is beyond me...

As someone who was a freshman in college when Reagan got elected by bringing in yhe Christian evengelicals... We talked back then about how thy was the beginning of the end for women's rights.
