I don’t feel comfortable giving my dog dairy as well because I think in the wild they would never consume that. But with eggs for example they would.
I have almost 2 month old puppy. He got ahold of a couple pieces of cheese I has out and then tries to get ahold of more but I got it out of his mouth before he could eat that also. From what I understand from the video I think it should be ok but should I be worried about it messing up his system?

I think the 1 dislike was from my pup. She doesn't take too kindly to being told cheese might not be good for her. She always goes berserk when I grab cheese. I have to calm her down and try my hardest not to give her much.

Dogs eat everything... good or bad for them. If your dog loves 🥛 or 🧀 our Vet tells us... if he tolerates it without GI upset 🤢 🤮 our diarrhea, can have it as a treat...OR helping to get 💊 down. We give our dog Lactate-free milk now & then, & have with all our dogs 🐕 🐶 through the years..no problem.

I’m afraid my mom is killing my dog. I am writing this comment after seeing the disturbing thing that my mom calls “dog food.” She cuts a giant slice of cheese and melts it into his bowl. Now he won’t even eat his food without cheese on it. And he doesn’t even eat the food anyways, he just digs through it and eats the cheese. I am genuinely concerned because I saw the bowl just now and it nearly made me barf with how much cheese she is adding. My dog basically only eats cheese now and I don’t know what I should do about it. I have tried telling my mom that he might be eating too much because he has had many instances where I believe it was the cause of him throwing up. And even some of my friends have pointed out how that much cheese might not be healthy for my small dog. I am scared for my dog’s health because I genuinely love him and am wondering what I can do to change my mother’s mind. If anyone has any answers for me please let me know in the replies how I can convince her to at least stop putting a disgusting amount of cheese in his bowl.

Blue cheese is poisonous for dogs because it contains a toxin called roquefortine c, which actually is a bit toxic to people, but it's extremely toxic to dogs. There are other similar toxins in other food items as well, like theobromine in chocolate, persin in avocados, and ethanol (drinking alcohol), and many more chemicals that dogs simply can't deal with. What dogs process better is bacteria, not toxins; humans have more capable livers.

The same principle applies for cats (lactose/lactase part).
Generally I'd avoid it, but it's probably fine in small doses. Just keep an eye on the cat afterwards, in case of diarrhoea or the likes.
