Confusing and there seems no fixed, standard entry points, especially concerning the 2nd case. It is better if you could give an example of an entry point that has not happened yet. What was not said about timeframe merging is that the older your working timeframe, the harder it is for a market maker or major player to manipulate the price. Why? Because he does not have enough resources for this, since on higher timeframes there is an accumulation of significantly greater liquidity than the market maker (major player) can swallow and manipulate. This is the logical explanation for why the higher timeframe is more reliable for trading!
Hi Mulhum, could you tell us what is the characteristics of an engulfing candle or CISD candle ?! Does it need to sweep the high or the low and close below or above the pervious candle ?!
But price is not just limited to erl/ irl and irl/erl it can move from swing high to low erl/erl and irl/irl so we are no wiser and have to rank the quality of the liquidity level or imbalance. I never get these ict people stating it can only move in 2 ways. Backtest enough and you will see.
