Don't know if you guys realize it or not, but over half of the field is from my home track Evergreen Speedway. From what I've heard they all had a blast and can't wait for next year!

the wings help the cars turn. when going in the corner, the air pushes against them, helping the car rotate. if you set a car up and its tight with the wings, when you pull the wings off it will be loose.
ben tunny had big crash with mark tunny at the sportsdrome speedway Jeffersonville ind, he got hurt. had to get cut out of his car and the 5 car was destroyed.
+Fox I They add them for aerodynamic down force and side force. Does it help on these small tracks? Probably not but it looks cool and provides more sponsor room on the cars.
please do more of these in 2015! i love the outlaw figure 8 races. wish theyd run those sail panel cars in an oval race too...
