Bush tucker foraging Scurvy weed + How to cook Chinese style

We love going foraging for bush tucker in our off grid property, in our quest to become more self sufficient. Scurvy weed (commelina cyanea) is an Australian native plant. High in Vitamin C, easily identifiable and delicious! Great substitute for Chinese vegetables or baby spinach. We use lpg gas in our off grid homestead, hopefully soon we will be using biogas produced onsite.

Yeah, just the scurvy weed. The 3 blue petals really help it to stand out!
