...it wasn’t just the fangirls. They just know how to present themselves in the best possible way to catch people’s attention in every MV. And it may just be as simple as everyone loving a short center part they had. 🤷🏻♀️ as a Baekhyun biased “fangirl” I actually made it as unbiased as possible. When I thought Baek might be an option, I didn’t vote for him BECAUSE I might be biased. But when I couldn’t think of anyone else who owned that era (mainly Monster and Love Me Right) I voted for him.

Although, watching this I did notice he's one of the members stylists are likely to do something different for, which I think is also a factor. Plus, he usually has a good amount of lines, which also helps him stand out.

People don’t realise that Kai is centre and Baek is subcentre. SuperM is literally made up of centres Kai, Taeyong, Ten and Taemin, and Subcentres Baekhyun, Mark, and Lucas. There was so rocket science behind their selection

It's kinda true that Kai ruled most of the era's (coming from a Exol that doesn't stan Kai). He is just so iconic in the group and industry, and SM uses that to their advantage to give him a lot of the spotlight in music videos. Add that to the fact that he is a center, visual, and main dancer, it means he naturally would get a lot of the spotlight with those roles anyway.

I was just posting my message in a factual way so the people who don't understand have a more non-biased message to read to understand why Kai rules the majority of the EXO Era's. I also understand that Kai does not rely on SM Entertainment to showcase his talents and personality, and I was just mentioning that SM generally knows how to use those talents in the most effective way. Unfortunately that can't be said for other members, particularly Lay and Sehun, who seem to always be left out when given lines and screen time. Thanks for your reply! 😊
