The main question is mass production of anything reduces it's quality especially food. Nothing better than a small neighborhood bakery in using a clay oven to bake a batch of bread daily.

Great content guys but this is too hard to find! The frequency of posting is sporadic (or is it the algorithm?)

I agree! Sometimes I search and find nothing although it’s always there. They need an expert to optimize their channels

The cost of capital in Ghana is much higher than that for most foreign investors (lower interest rate ex in China than Ghana), as such foreign investors will always be able to offer lower prices in the marketplace which can displace locally owned businesses. Until Ghana government addresses the issue of insanely high interest rates, there should be policies to protect local businesses so local businesses are not pushed out of the marketplace.

Ghanaian bakers have been in the bakery industry for so long and they did not mass produce, why do you blame the Chinese who have the business mind to do it. More food for the Ghanaian economy.

Have you asked yourself How many Ghanaian businesses are allowed to operate in China?

You are assuming Chinese looking people are not Ghanaians. Most of them hold Ghanaian passports wai. I met a lady who told me a Chinese have her 1000ghc to marry him for papers

      😂😂😂😂
They’re marrying Ghanaians for residence permit. And the Ghanaians are also not ratting them out, eeeiii.

That's marriage of convenience o! It doesn't make them truly Ghanaian even if they hold Ghanaian passport. But at the end of the day, where does the money (profits) go? cedis or currency exchange (dollars/renminbi)? Is that going to strengthen or weaken the cedi? That's what we should be concerned about. Sometimes, we are too welcoming of 'outsiders', we need to rethink some things.

Covid is not over. We are living with it now. We still get positive cases in the hospital. Maybe he has a cold. Very wise of him to be in face mask
