to those who decided to take tesl, I wish you all the best!! once you entered the life of asasi tesl, you have to keep your heart strong along the journey. it's not gonna be as easy as you think. you'll get judged, you'll be degraded, etc. BUT, KEEP YOUR HEADS UP. you're gonna get through it and I swear you won't regret this decision. I just finished my asasi tesl life 3 weeks ago and those days will surely be remembered where I got all my strength from. don't worry about this vid resume, I'm sure all of you will do just fine and get accepted! Since im gettin a lot of the same questions often im gonna list em out here^^ 1. I used the app inShot for my vid! 2. (InShot) To put stickers/gif in, u go into the app>sticker>gif>sticker 3. For the “palang” thing, i copied pasted “utk tujuan pengambilan ke uitm shj” a bunch of times and lowered the opacity 4. For the palang thing i also used inshot (and u can edit multiple pics at once which is crazy convinient). To do so, u go into the app>choose ur pic>text>opacity (then lower it) 5.The google doc given by uitm mentioned that if u posted on utube, just share the link but there wasnt any way for me to share the link on the google doc, so i just uploaded the whole vid onto the google doc 6. For the shots, i think its really better if u included some shots w full body since one of the requirements stated that u have to show ur whole presence in the vid. 7. For the scanning docs and ic segala, i just used the notes app (which is a built in app for iphone) but u can use other apps like CamScanner or wtv. I recommend to scan and not take pics since the scanned docs will come out clearer and more readible. And for the iCs, i scanned both sides. 8. To upload on the site that uitm gave, they gave like 6 servers (if im not mistaken) and like it doesnt matter which server u choose to upload to, theyre all the same and its purpose is to just avoid freezing the server caused by too many submissions at a time 9. For my thumbnail, i used procreate! 10. Its up to you whether u want to choose to post on utube or not as its not compulsory 11. If u still want to post on utube but u dont really wanna publicize it, you can go ahead and post ur vid on utube but change the settings from public to unlisted or private,, in that setting, you can share a link to ur private utube vid to ppl u only want to show it to 12. No, i didnt use a mic or wtv ndjdj my voice is just naturally loud itself but in inShot, i did increase my vid volume from 100% to 200% 14. Yes, im a Stay HEHEHE STRAY.KIDS.WOO!! 15. NDJWFU UH First of all dw i use ‘like’ a lot too lol 😭,, well im not really sure but from what ive done my whole life was,, i like to watch lots of shows/movies/cartoons in english and would often try imitating a certain character’s voice (i do this cuz i wanted to be a VA so bad lol,,still do TT),, i talk to myself a looooot so maybe u should try doing that too! Cuz theres no one around to judge u so u wont feel insecure or wtv^^ and if ur comfortable enough,, talk to ur friends and fam or whoever in english so that ull get more used to the lang! Ah nope i didnt use anything, just my phone,, my voice is just naturally loud so-😭😭,, AH but i did increased my video volume from 100% to 200% in inShot,, but id recommend speaking as loudly and clearly as u can so itll be more audible in the vid,, or u can use earphones while recording so that ur voice can be recorded through the mic,, or u can record ur voice on another device thats close to u so that u can just extract the voice from that clip and add it to ur vid

Well i put uitm tesl as my first choice in my upu and like checked to see if i got the iv from their official website. And when uitm was hosting a Q&A on gmeet the other day, ive asked them what were the requirements for one to get the interview, and they said that only the ones who put uitm for their first/second choice in upu will get the iv.

Ah i was looking at the screen cuz i like looking at my face.jk,, looking at the screen is like practicing in front of a mirror where it can boost ur self esteem so if ur shy in front of a camera u should look at urself, though id recommend looking at the lens since itll look like ur having direct eye contact w the “audience”

Ah nope i didnt use anything, just my phone,, my voice is just naturally loud so-😭😭,, AH but i did increased my video volume from 100% to 200% in inShot,, but id recommend speaking as loudly and clearly as u can so itll be more audible in the vid,, or u can use earphones while recording so that ur voice can be recorded through the mic,, or u can record ur voice on another device thats close to u so that u can just extract the voice from that clip and add it to ur vid

i really wanted to ask u where did u get the requirements for you to do this interview video? where did u apply for tesl is it from upu or uitm website? hurm i dont have any clue how everyone be making interview vid while me not getting any response from uitm 😭
Well i put uitm tesl as my first choice in my upu and like checked to see if i got the iv from their official website. And when uitm was hosting a Q&A on gmeet the other day, ive asked them what were the requirements for one to get the interview, and they said that only the ones who put uitm for their first/second choice in upu will get the iv.
well i did put it as my second choice on upu hurm :( is it too late for me to do the interview vid?

Ah i was looking at the screen cuz i like looking at my face.jk,, looking at the screen is like practicing in front of a mirror where it can boost ur self esteem so if ur shy in front of a camera u should look at urself, though id recommend looking at the lens since itll look like ur having direct eye contact w the “audience”
