Hi, use portals like nulljobs, angellist jobs for finding the open positions for various companies who don't go with the traditional shortlisting. I may not recommend a course but suggest to check hackthebox and get some ranking in there, it definitely helps.

Hi, having programming knowledge is always helpful be it java or python. Start with python for exploring offensive security, understand java to protect java codebase as majority of the stacks are still on java.

Hi, Pharma to infosec in still possible given you have immense interest in infosec. What i suggest is to understand more about computers, networking and bit of coding. post that you can start looking out. Meanwhile you can get started with tryhackme or hackthebox., they have a very good beginner friendly videos.

Hello, good to hear your interest into Infosec. I would recommend to expand your expertise to perimeter security like Firewall, WAF, VPN, Secure Web Gateway and Cloud Infrastructure. Slowly move down towards the software side of things.
