My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica :)

- Why aren't you training for kayaking anymore? - I see new opportunities everyday, I'm just grabbing them as they appear and keep working hard, right now that's TH-cam & Film. I'm happy I made the change!
- How long do your vlogs take to edit? - They vary massively, sometimes 1 hour sometimes 6+

I don't know where are you from (I guess form USA), I think that London isn't in the Top 5 city in europe, if you want to visit some nice city you can go to Prague, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Rome, Florence, Wien, St. Petersburg and Moscow I personally think that all this city beat London hands down.

"Put it in, take it out." Lollll. I love how everyday sayings can have that innuendo. Yes, I know I'm immature, but it always makes me chuckle. I love this friendship trio going on with You (Ben), Nicole, and Steve. I love both them in the vlogs and it's transparent how Nicole and Steve get along and you all have your little jokes to have a laugh.
I can't wait for these Canada vlogs, because I know they're going to be sick since I loved that whole little series when you and Steve went. Now that Nicole and Alexia are going to also go with you both this time, it's going to be even more excellent to share all your Canada experiences with them.
I just wanted to let you know that I've always wanted to visit Canada since I was younger and now that I'm an adult, I wanted to let you know that you basically sealed the deal for me. I'm going to make it all possible when I finish school! I loved everything about it and have always wanted to go to Canada for everything, especially their music scene since I'm a bit of a shows/gigs junkie for my favorite bands, and they have some insanely good music. So excited to see all the snowboarding this time around. Cheers for lettings us in on your experiences, Ben! I know I'm leaving some really long comments lately, but you are the first vlogs I always watch on here, because you are my go-to for content. :D
PS: I commented before I finished the vlog, it automatically gets better when all the doggies make an appearance.

Living in london you never appreciate how beautiful the place actually is. Best city in the world for me - no place like home.
In most places you can buy the kit you hire, often very cheep (in comparison than the boards in shops!) and handy when you fall in love with some incredible kit you've tried for a week!x

Hey Ben, Just thought I'd let you know (because I'm a skier) Its often cheaper to buy your own board and boots and take them with you. Depending on the resort, the hire is super expensive. So if you know your going to go back and board after this trip, I'd recommend buying one :-)
So jealous! I live in BC, and LOVE the drive to Alberta. Plus everything in between. Can't wait to go to Jasper again.

Hey Ben! Love your vids so much, totally rad. Um I was wondering a bit about skiing. I'm am going on ski trip today and it's my first time. I'm good at penny boarding skateboarding and surfing. I don't know if those skills will help in this sport but any advice? I have feeling that this sport will be pretty easy but idk.

It might not actually be that cold in Alberta for you. -10 degrees(plus windchill) is probably as low as it'll go, maybe a bit colder on the mountain. Sounds perfect! I'm so jealous!!

Tina Stanley This exchange seems just weird. I'm American & I've been to London, not to mention Stratford on Avon & the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Tate Galleries, Lake District, Wales, Edinburgh, etc. I think there are more accents in the UK than in all of the US. London has so much to offer that the US doesn't & vice versa. It's steeped in a history so long it makes the US look like a short story. Americans want to see San Francisco & the Grand Canyon, etc., but they also want to experience London. I don't usually thumb up comments that ask me to, but except for that, Timothy Halleran 's comment is spot on.

If you do buy a snowboard now, think about the costs of shipping it to your destination or the luggage price for an airplane, i snowboard a lot and it costs quit a bit to travel with one. Can't wait to see you guys ride though!
