Had great protection in his final season and played roughly the same. Simple fact is, Luck was a great QB but he ended up being a bigger gun slinger than imagined coming out of college. Just a lot of really stupid decision making at times.
@@tay14741 He had good pass protection his third season in the league, again, roughly the same numbers. He was a gunslinger.... Getting sacked 27 times in a season isn't on the high side, it's mid-range. He was sacked 18 times his final season. Not sure what your point is about "pissing blood" - it's not like his arm strength was the issue, it was decision making. He forced passes often in his career.
@@FirstLast-yc9lq do you not understand? If you are literally PEEING blood everytime you go to the bathroom you’re losing lots of blood. And also, wasn’t he playing through multiple rip cage injuries as well? Also didn’t he have a torn muscle in his shoulder that season you’re talking about?
@@tay14741 I just looked this up - he was "peeing blood" in 2015 from a lacerated kidney. He only played 7 games that season. 2017 he had the shoulder injury. 2018 he returned and had a healthy season with a great O-Line and still played like a gunslinger.
0:41 is one of the funniest looking passes I’ve ever seen. Yet again it looks like it takes incredible strength to fire from so high up. Luck was otherworldly.
Insert the "colts ruined him" comments . When actually he played reckless & every player gets hurt, facts are he straight up quit on the colts a few weeks before the season. He was weird smart nerd had other interests
OK, I've been a Colts since 1997 when I was in middle school. I liked Andrew, but he always held that ball too long. The oline was rough, but he didn't help them. He would run 20 yards backward and throw 30 yards and still be short the fd. Wanted to air it out and held it too long. That's why he was sacked so many times. He put it all out for the Colts tho and gotta respect that.

Nfl really making colts fans depressed on a friday
it's good prep for being depressed this sunday
We be catching strays from the NFL accounts all of the time.
THE COLTS OWN HOUSTON IN H-TOWN CHECK YOUR HISTORY. SOOOO IT'S MORE LIKE A REMINDER OF WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY!!!
Why would they do this
Why would it make us depressed? It is good for the brain to go back and watch old highlights to cheer up
Luck was an All time talent. What could’ve been.
His tape is the best I’ve ever seen. The throws and windows are once in a lifetime.
He could have been an MVP, and a Super Bowl champion if he had better pass protection
Had great protection in his final season and played roughly the same.
Simple fact is, Luck was a great QB but he ended up being a bigger gun slinger than imagined coming out of college. Just a lot of really stupid decision making at times.
@@FirstLast-yc9lqusing his final season is insane 💀 he was literally PISSING BLOOD. if he had pass protection from jump he’d have been a hof

his comeback season in 2018 (his last season) is legendary, and doesnt get enough credit as one of the really great QB seasons of all time ❤
not to mention being 1-5 and winning a playoff game too smdh
Can't believe it's been 10 years! :(
Miss you Andrew Luck!!
It’s been five years and I’m still not over how badly Indy ruined his career.
Half of his injuries were self-induced
@@admilzyeah because someone pissing blood is their own fault.
@@tay14741 it is if they never slide. He also missed a season due to a skiing accident
@@admilzthank God someone who knows.
@@admilzyou crazy 😂 Drew was getting demolished behind that line before 2018
Richardson needs to watch this to see how a mobile QB displays pinpoint accuracy.
Yes but AR needs to get in touch with Drew to ask how he throws with touch and accuracy
Seeing this man's clutch throws, Holy smokes, 'dime a dozen' comes to mind but with a whole different meaning!
R.I.P Andrew Luck! You will be dearly missed!
Andrew Luck was the last Colts QB to beat the Jaguars in Jacksonville (2014 the last year they beat them there too)
Sure, rub it in NFL. Colt’s fans are still suffering his abrupt departure.
u ain’t lyin imma colts fan
@@jaymoe4284 The NFL is cruel, and the video department has taken on the culture well. ☹️
Luck would be a top 5 qb rn if he was still playing.
10:57 - 12:36
Classic TY Hilton doing TY Hilton things when in Houston's stadium.
Ain’t gon lie, as a Pats fan, I always thought Luck would win a title.
He should've. He would with the current colts roster.
As a Colts fan, Andrew Luck taught me not to take anything for granted anymore :/
as a colts fan, i remember exactly where I was when I found out he was retiring.
THIS HURTS SO MUCH
He's like a combination of Goff and Stroud
He was so good man
He was the most ideal qb, and played with the most heart on top of that
You can't compare him to anyone he was just different one of a kind
I LOVE YOU ANDREW LUCK 😢😢😢
He was so good
40 tds in his 2nd-3rd year is crazy. This will be Drake Maye, one day.
Football fan here ✋
If only luck had an online to protect him he would have been great
That first game against jags was the last time the colts won in Jacksonville. 😢. 10 years!!!
Posting this before Indy beats Houston, I like it

Part of it was because if how scuffed his shoulder was through this
“Think I’ll go home now…” - Forrest Gump 1994… also Andre Luck 2019
Hope his mental & physical health are doing well.
Seen him in public a few times since the retirement. He looks happy
Love these throwback videos!
This was his best season. His 3rd season at age 25 at the beginning of his prime.
Could have been a chiefs colts rivalry if he never retired 😢
This is such a random highlight to drop on us.
Cruel.
This is a great showcase of a very very effective hard count too
Nice making me cry on a Friday evening
up at 3am watching andrew luck highlights yessir
Miss you Andrew
Luck would have been what Mahomes is today.
We miss you captain 😢
I hope he’s having a happy & healthy retirement, spending time with his wife and family
Andrew coulda won the World's Strongest Man award with the way he carried this team
Andrew please come back :/
God i miss watching Andrew play:(
Really making us Colts fans work for our happiness 😭😭
I miss him
I’ve watched the before and after highlights of lucks injury. His matcha ice look largely different.
Still hoping he comes back 🙏🏽
As an NFL fan, it's criminal how Colts wasted this man's career
We need another luck
Hey, the last time we won in Jacksonville!
Last time they won in Jacksonville, why does NFL have to do this to us in a random Friday. Have we not suffered enough
Oh we hurting hurting today thanks 😭
This is cruel NFL, have a heart.
PAIN
My goodness! When was the last time the Colts scored 48 points?
The Lost Generation of QBs
How do you skip the week 8 game in Pittsburgh?
This is the last time the Colts have won in Jacksonville
AR should watch this next time he gets tired and subs out.
This one Stings NFL... This one stings
Imagine if Andrew was still on the with AR as a back up 🧐
Hopefully he can build on this season, and take another step forward this year!
why are you trying to make me weep on a Friday @NFL?
Man imagine Luck vs CJ Stroud or Joe Burrow
Insert the "colts ruined him" comments .

He was weird smart nerd had other interests
Hell yeah
Luck was never, "all in." He was a mistake! I wish Indy had never drafted him!
I’m sure he was all in if he got within one game of the SB
Remember when the colts destroyed this mans career and then the fans booed him after he decided to retire?
Theyre stuck with IR5 now 😂😂
With a non existent o line
Luck would’ve won a Super Bowl by now had he stayed
More like Andrew no Luck.
I wonder what most of these guys are doing besides the ones that retired

Yea the Colts definitely ruined this man's career
Man colts organization and fans did him wrong
Why y’all gotta do this to us colts fans? It’s just cruel.
The biggest what if in nfl history. Ugh
Huh that's weird. The guy never came out of the game because he was tired.
Aaaaand now my sad
He quit on his team. Keep him away from Ring of Honor and Hall of Fame
Quiter

Why? Just why?
Too bad he was a quitter.
He quit because of a ankle injury sustained in the pro bowl ultimately. Very cool
I was having a good day, then y'all decide to ruin it by reopening old wounds.
Thanks.....
Prime RGIII > Luck 🤷♀️
worst take EVER.... not even close lawl
Prime example of why women belong in the kitchen
Rg3 wasn’t even close to a playoff game Andrew too us to the afc title
Rg3 had ond good year. But his football IQ was low.
lol, gosh, no.
Could’ve been a great but buddy retired because he didn’t want to sell his soul
What makes you come up with this assumption?
