The max level you can get from the recycler is 50
The first slot will give a chance of 89%
The second slot will give a chance of 15%
The third slot will give a chance of 5%
This maybe change in the next update

my suggestions are these: that you should recycle batteries first because it gives only scrap metal and already has a better chance of getting copper bar so what we can get better than this , thats why we should not keep it for later recycle.These are only my suggestions so its all up to you what to do with your things :)

I just got the chopper gas tank and recycled it and it gave me nothing just some scrap metail but its not like the gas tank is rare I know this because atv is better the motorcycle and I found like 6 tanck all ready

Thanks to the recycler i got my very first military backpack in the game no need to wait fot the watchtower, you can raid one ai base for one steel bar and try your luck on recycler for the second and viola!!!

you should add that ones you have the atv tires theres no need to save them so recycle them first and the zombie truck cant be built yet so saving them would be space consuming and they arent that rare
