    I disagree with you guys about Young Spray. He's actually grown a lot. Trust me, if you knew bout young spray 20 years ago, you'll appreciate his growth. + it's all comedy and a gimmick for his podcast and that's why he's called 'the y minister' anyways, great show and less on bashing black men please

    C’mon ladies it was clearly Spray tryna wind up Cream, thats their dynamic if you watch the show throughout the years even Ice cream herself would admit that. You’re reading too much into it.

    I don’t like Sprays attitude but in his defence he went on another podcast and disrespected a white girl recently. It’s not a black women thing

    Come on now, it was just banter, and Spray clearly cares about Cream alot, hence she's his co-host and was just doing what her does, messing about.
    That being said, M-Dot was taking a liberty

    • @YourAuntiesCouldNever
      @YourAuntiesCouldNever  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Spray has been problematic with too many Black women and if you think the way he treats Ice Cream is cool you need Therapy aswell. Banter is one thing it should be jokes for all involved.
      M dot R is a culture vulture.

      @YourAuntiesCouldNever I hear you, I really do. But think of it more like a brother and sister thing, Ice Cream cracks jokes on Spray sameway, it's not that deep. But I agree on M-Dot, he's out of line.

      Yeah you right it’s just the dynamic cream and spray have, himself and cream know’s he’s a draw out and spray actually got creams back… no one can recall the time where he called pearl’s podcast and told her to change the disrespectful title of the vid she put out in relation to cream 🤷🏾‍♂️

    Can we agree that Middle age Spray, Cream and Mdot was all a bit out of order?
    Cream was wrong for saying she’s more Jamaican then mdot, because he never claimed so. He said he knows more about Jamaican culture, then cream and he might actually be right. He’s not Jamaican but he loves Jamaica. Spray with airing the fire by egging him on and he’s wrong for that. Especially after the show Spray then decided that mdot was wrong,
    All spray had to do was tell mdot to shhhhhh and mdot wouldn’t have said another word but he kept egging him on.
    I personally like mdot as a person and some of his music is alright but I do think he was bang out of order for SHOUTING at Cream, the way he did. Again, Spray made him feel strong but that was bang out of order.
    Imho a grown man does not shout aggressively to a woman. Especially when it’s on the internet, for the world to see and especially given the fact that Cream was Pregnant.
    I think Spray is most in the wrong here but it left a sour taste in my mouth, seeing mdot shout so aggressively to cream.
    At the end of the day, it was all a load of faff and everyone should just apologise and move on.

    As long as its done with love and respect (and I have no idea if the person being discussed is doing that, admittedly) embracing other cultures should be encouraged rather than discouraged. Human culture is a history of constant sharing and exchanging and cross pollination. Almost every good thing we have is a result of cultural exchange. Van Gogh was obsessed and influenced by Japanese artists (and Japanese artists were in turn inspired by him), some of the greatest works of the English language were written by people whose mother tongue it was not (Joseph Conrad, Arundhati Roy etc), Irish playwright Samuel Beckett wrote all his best work in French, House music was invented by black and brown Americans who were inspired in no small part by European and Japanese early electronic music, and the embrace of that in turn by young British musicians gave us everything from Aphex Twin to hardcore and jungle. And then there's even more obvious examples like the Beatles and the Stones. That's not to say that cultural appropriation isn't an issue, nor that success and credit is always apportioned fairly and correctly (it's very often not). But asking people to embrace their own culture only and to narrow their horizons is really not the best path to progress.

    • @YourAuntiesCouldNever
      @YourAuntiesCouldNever  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That is the point it was said more than once
      Inserting yourself into another culture needs to be done with respect
