The channel's owner has written in another video that these uploads are from the family's taped series. They were well-played with some wearing of the tapes. They are complete, though, unlike some other uploads, and narrated by Douglas himself. I use the "Enhancer for TH-cam" add-on to speed it up 1.1 or 1.2 x - that helps.

Yes. I'm plan to redo one of the worst books with some new equipment.
The issues with making the entire thing run faster is the issues are only at the end not the beginning. So without alot of dedicated repair work it's really hard to fix.
I did try and fix the other issues I could.
Each book takes around 8-12 hours to work and processing.

Try 2 will be available soon. I changed out some equipment and cables and grounded all the equipment better. I re-recorded it all, and re-edited it.
See what you think. The tape 4 side 2, the last part still has issues but I did what I could. I hope you enjoy it.
It takes 8-10 hours to do each try.
