Yes sir, and that happens a lot to all of us. Sometimes, you can't fish at all because of them, but I try to work around it when I can. The winter months are slightly better when it comes to shark insanity around the boat, and some days you just have to move.. Which I do not like to do. But, some days I will.. Thanks for watching! Fish on!
Usually, the bow is best, Under most circumstances. Then another mid ship or stern for bait and the near surface chain of chum. Deploy that one maybe 5 ft or so because you still want access to the bait it'll draw in. The bow dropped cage is nearly exclusively for Bottom fish, in most cases..
I was thinking about tieing a chum bag with a block chum to the end of my anchor chain, have you ever tried that? Thanks
All I ever get when I start chumming are sharks

Very informative, i will add it to what I already put into practice. Will keep you posted.
Hey Capt!
Would you say it’s better to place the chum cages up on the bow and mid cleat like you demonstrated in a separate video?

Thanks for the tips, will add it to my arsenal 🎣
Any time!
