Some of those vintage Bobby Lee camera straps go for good money usually $25 to $50 some of the rarer ones go for $60-$80 with some vwry collectable ones in mint condition selling for over $300. $10 was a good deal for that camera and the strap!
The Dial won't fire until you put film in it. Or you can manually advance the gear above the film window. Pulling the film across the plane is what charges the shutter.
As much as I wanted the camera, I certainly didn't NEED it. I set a price in my head that I wanted to pay and stuck to it. They didn't accept my offer, and that's fine! Maybe someone else will find it and see more value in it than I did.
next year, my parents and i plan to go to the USA for the first time, and as in here in brazil trift stores with eletronics and stuff isnt really a thing, you can be sure that ill do that when i get there
Jeff has some really cool stuff! Unfortunately many of his cameras are either incomplete or not working, so it's always best to check for functionality before getting attached to something.

I know a good deal when I see one! Very happy to add both the strap and the camera to my collection.

Noted! That makes a lot more sense in hindsight. Maybe if it's still there in a few weeks it'll come home with me.

That Bell & Howell / Canon Dial camera is awesome !
10 dollar for both actually seemed like a good deal if you really wanted the camera?
How much did your lunch cost?

Thanks for watching! More to come.
A shame that you didn’t get that strap, was pretty slick
I have more straps than I know what to do with at this point, I always like to leave something for the next person to find!

I saw a Cannon P and a Nicca on the shelf.

What camera do you use for your videos?
Mostly filmed on GoPro Hero 9 with MaxLens mod.
@@lanejpeg thanks, man! Appreciate the info.
So just curious but did you buy that half frame one
I did not buy it. I have a few half-frames in my collection already, and this one wasn't in the best condition.
Does Jon in Holyoke scan your film? That guy is great
Jon at ILA is the man!
Nardi wheel 👌
My favorite period-correct mod on my car!
