My own simple advice to an INFP. Make a list of all the things you have to do. If you don't, the burden is all in your head and you may go into a prolonged freeze response with the overwhelm and just kind of stumble through the day. For the person interacting with an INFP, be patient and explain things thoroughly in a kind way. My biggest victory, related to interacting, was to get an INFP to understand how they were being passive aggressive by giving clear examples, and then explaining to them why they were doing it (usually suppressed anger) and its impact. They immediately did a correction.

Not sure what my exact personality type is (my test result online was INFJ) but this advice felt very targeted to me 😂 geez

By the way, I thought the background music was very soothing and paired up well with the deep, insightful, somewhat stressful message you were providing.
You look stressed, my guy. The bags under your eyes and the unkempt hair are telltale signs. You work hard to give others a good experience and it shows. Remember that you yourself sometimes require moments of rest for all the worldly noise. Open up to those you trust, let them know how you're feeling insecure and what they can do to help. xSFPs are such powerhouses when they are humble and ask for help, and you'll be surprised by who shows up. Count them amongst your friends.
I love you, my brother. Stay strong, stay savvy, don't lose faith 🕊🫶🏽
    Merry Christmas

Thank you for those kind and wise words. And yes, life has been hard these days trying to stay afloat. Doing multiple channels here and trying to figure life out while noticing all these things. Gotta put it somewhere. 😅 and thank you… I usually work until I collapse, here in my studio still about to pass out. Merry Christmas to you and yours as well. 🎄🥰 I appreciate you.

ESFP is the best type I've found to help an INFP with this. It's very hard but the healthiest way I've seen this struggle occur.

@1:43 this just happened today? I ask because you recorded a video short about an INFP who took off to Disneyland, leaving you in the lurch, two months ago.
Is it the same INFP who is a serial Disneyland-goer whenever you two work on a project together? Or are you surrounded by multiple INFPs who take turns going to Disneyland?

This is the same INFP. Good catch on that detail. These videos are being moved over from TikTok. This is an older video. But yes… This particular INFP has been to Disneyland multiple times already this year…

When dealing with an INFP, you let them know how they've delivered a less-than-ideal experience. You let them know how you've done your part and how disappointing it is that they've fallen short.
You set a standard for an INFP. BUT you set a standard you yourself are able and willing to meet. Be prepared to show quantifiable, tangible data for your arguments. If if you point out your imperfections, you show then the math on how you made amends on the past to correct said imperfections and how the INFP is falling short of that.
We are all imperfect, we all make mistakes. Hold the INFP accountable as you would hold yourself accountable. You must help the INFP become aware how their emotions can sometimes lead to unethical behavior. INFPs tend to combat with high morality, but it's not the letter of the law only that counts. It's the spirit of the law as well. Helping them to understand and respect the spirit of the law helps them to mature immensely and to curb their inner rage, which sometimes is kept silent and unchecked.
    I hope this helps.

Aye, thank you…. That’s a good reminder about the inner rage… Revealing rather. I also don’t want to confront him… FP types tend to be nonconfrontational. It seems and I’ve tried my best to have that communication with him but to no avail as of many years yet.
