I had a horrible day someone broke into my house and stole a bunch of stuff including my pokemon card collection. Which had graded cards from my childhood including a psa 5, 1st Ed shadow less zard heart breaking!
I also recently had to deal with a break in, the best advice that was given to me:

@@matthewevans3718 Yeah, regrading for a higher grade. They're taking beckett 10s that look super clean, hoping to get a black label 10 on them instead. People pay ridiculous money for the black labels, often like 3x or 4x what a beckett 10 goes for
