Now that Ive watched this several times, I can now see that if you watch the people travelling on the train closely, they are the same people, grown up of course, doing virtually the same thing: The girl who draws a heart on a steamed up window, now shes doodling one in her diary, and the three guys with a camera are back, as is the businessman on the cellphone. Very clever :-)

A croire que au sein de la direction de la communication de la SNCF on estimait le passé et pas le présent alors que le réseau des TGV et la façon dont la SNCF s'est transformé est impressionnante. Non je ne travail pas à la SNCF mais je suis, depuis 17 ans, un utilisateur/client massif et répétitif de la SNCF avec en moyenne sur 17 ans 80 trajets/semaines en TGV/corail par semaine. J'en aurai des histoires à raconter du jeune de 13 ans sans une thune à l'entrepreneur qui voyage qu'en première en TGV aujourd'hui ou qui prend des avions privés pour aller en normandie.
I hate it when Amtrak train come late because of heavy freight traffic on the mainline. I'm glad the European and Asian contries like France (SNCF) choose trains and high speed trains over highways because, trains are enviromentally freindly and people get to many places quickly without delay!

An if they do try to get land they're negotiating it for five years. Also in the U.S, the government is quick to build roads though for the god awful automobile.

SNCF is always late too, staff is heinous too, service (except the TGV) are slow too. But what's Amtrak ? The equivalent of SNCF in the USA?
Of course, the SNCF is awesome! I mean, there are few railroads, if any, that can compare in passenger service. But for freight, FRET just doesn't make the grade. America has longer, heavier freights than anyone else. Sorry, but you just can't comete with BNSF and Union Pacific
I thought the SNCF was great (except for the strikes, named "social movements"), but it is a lot farther ahead than goddamn Amtrak. Here in the US, trains are never on time, a lot of staff is overly rude, and service is slow. Don't complain about the SNCF- because Amtrak is shit sometimes, and I love that company. Seriously though, there are too few trains here, and the ones that exist are pitiful.

Maintenant c'est des marques et logos inutiles (TGV Inouï ça valait pas la peine), des agencements intérieurs tous les 6 ans c'est trop fréquent, le logo de 2005 remanié en 2012 mais tout le monde s'en fout, sans parler des centaines de vidéos par an sur TH-cam que personne regarde : ça c'est la raison du déficit permanent de la SNCF : tout claquer dans du market et du renouvellement qui nous laisse totalement indifférent

An if they do try to get land they're negotiating it for five years. Also in the U.S, the government is quick to build roads though for the god awful automobile.
