Which one is better with that team: Shurecca or Resnick?. Im thinking now in the long run.... that maybe Resnick is better. What do you think?
Other than a mirror team, GS is another team that can standup to Shurecca & Gilgamesh. As a healer, Resnick doesn’t require as much VC support, Silver memories is all she needs. With Shurecca it is a tougher fit, she likely will have to give up some fire power to fit in with GS. I hate to say it every time but collab could come to JP as soon as 2 weeks from now.
I appreciate kt7up, I like the work here. I grow tired of Gumi. They hype up units, sell fomo and "max them now, dont wait! Spend!" only to have players do the same thing when Gumi releases the 'answer' to the fomo they stoked. It just makes me feel manipulated. Edit: here is my story: I got Sephiroth. I had to slow build because I didn't want to shell out more $ (even though I bought 1 half off pack). Now he is around 140, 0 reincarnations. Boom, Gumi sets out a seasonal surprise hard counter. And their advice? Buy more packs so you don't miss out (fomo). 😐😐
I don’t think you have missed the window on Sephiroth, he is a great build block unit. He is a stable partner for Gilgamesh & Shurecca (coming next). I would suggest to go for Shurecca, the Wind & Fire connection is really strong. Even without curse, his general dispel is still super powerful combine with his high ability. Fomo is in every gacha game, don’t let it bother you. I always believe games are meant to be fun. If they are not having fun anymore, it might be time to take a break. Just go f2p or spend less, I myself have skipped quite a few VCs recently. The releases are too rapid to keep up, it is not sustainable for me 😅
Hey there KT I’ve somehow managed to pull Lucielle on a free summer x 10 tix lol 😂 so I do not know what to do now in terms of trying my luck on Summer Res or save for Shurecca….also there is Summer VC #2 coming out soon right which is quite unique? I’ve got Gilga,Seph for now that’s why very unsure what to do next
Congrats! Both are great with Sep & Gil. From a pure healing standpoint, Resnick is better. Her true value is the curse res aura. It is way more important to keep your DPS units curse-free than Resnick. Lucielle provides the team a lot more offensive support. If the DPS units on her team are powerful enough, a Lucielle team will beat a Resnick team. Lucielle can haste & increase the team’s overall damage output. Her AI will go on the offensive once she has nothing to do, and her sure hit attack with chance of disable is quite strong. I would suggest to hold off pulling for Resnick and consider her VC2. The esper from Resnick VC2 has 50 curse res, with TS passive. Curse res: Resnick - total 60: 10 innate, 25 TS, 25 esper Cruse chance from Seph LB: 13% Lucielle- total 50: 25 TS & 25 esper Cruse chance from Seph LB: 32%

Yeah she has good VC synergy with great sword. Give her Silver memories & a sub agility VC then she is good to go. She can also help Seifer against curse with you want to run that combo. The instant AOE heal from the VC is really OP, highly recommended, but she will have a 2nd VC (check out my post) with an awesome Esper. Both are really good for her, if I can only have one, I will go with Summer Getaway. Thank you for the support

Yeah I tried that team, they just lack damage. Having only 1 DPS isn’t enough. Light Helena is a better pick than Oldoa, she brings damage, sleep & possibly reflect.

Yes they stack, as I said in the video. As long as the recovery values are different. For example: Ashen King heal back is 50%, TMR is 35% so Ashen King will heal back twice. However they happen on separately. When Ashen King HP drops below 50% the first time, his own heal back kicks in push his HP above 50%. The TMR heal back is still active and will be activated when his HP drops below 50% a second time.
Ok then I'll consider pulling for her...I was hoping maybe a new lasswell would appear soon too XD cuz of the new fina VC artwork. Thx for the input ^^

JP is only getting summer Resnick VC #2, the 7 headed dragon, check my post. 5k for three 120 units is a good deal. I think Glaci still has value especially with her MA2 & LB upgrades. Worth.
Resnick can give her allies curse res, a top notch effect. Protecting her allies from curse is great value. It doesn’t matter if she is cursed, she can cast esunaga in the back. And she is the tankiest unit against Gilgamesh & Shurecca out of the 3 support units. Lucielle has a lot more offensive capabilities besides hasting her team. Her weakness is vulnerability to curse, but that can be corrected with the upcoming JP esper, 7-headed dragon (see my post). It has 25 curse res, that’s total of 50 curse res for any healer. From a pure healer perspective, Resnick is the clear winner. What good is a healer if her allies cannot receive healing.
Not really. Shurecca is definitely taking a hit but Resnick’s second VC supports both book & black mage, so they will most likely be on the same team along with Gilgamesh. I made a post on her 2nd vc. Whoever gets to dispel followip attacks first will have advantage.

Yep I was hoping one of these healers would be 70 cost… much more difficult to bring a support unit when the other team has 3 super powerful DPS. Resnick can help Seifer against curse, she is also quite hard to take down. I do recommend her. But you likely will need her VC for the Vision ability, like I said in the video, her main kit aoe heal will overwrite Seifer’s all damage barrier. If you have her VC, she will use the vision ability heal first, thus not overwriting Seifer’s barrier too early.

@@kt7up7 yea I’m still missing curse inflicters and new gen supports pretty much but I feel like something crazier is coming especially since new Ramada doesn’t seem to be performing too well either, but I’m pretty sure she’s usable in the current meta, just lacking that oomph for me personally Ye I’m leaning towards sitting out on Resnick for now, not sure if I should at least get the VC tho, it does sound good but my best book user has only been Velis lmao 😂

I'm assuming Cloud is the way to go for that? Last, I think it's funny that Summer Resnick's LB is worse than regular Resnick's LB.
😂😂😂 yeah he is not bad, especially on 3rd, 6th, 9th turns. Best way to take her is to bring 3 high power dps to overwhelm her team. Cloud & Seifer are good candidates.

Seph is good with or without curse. The meta will become more and more rps/matchup oriented as time goes on, just like elemental days.

If you are going for the comeback VC of choice banner, go the the dark espers. Silver memories is not worth it.

I think she can help him against curse that is a plus. Resnick is a better choice than Fina IMO.

Ramada does not seem to be performing at the level of the other two. That leaves one standard banner and 1 limited. Pretty easy choice :)
