Both have established to already having feelings before. They had a time and backstory to how they feel. I just feel like theres more reason and depth to why N and V would like eachother since they would know eachother more. But Nuzi is fricking adorable so :)
@@Glitch-In-The-System009 yea thats the thing, we dont know the timeline, we dont know how Long N and V have known eachother, or N and Uzi, but they imply its been a while. Point still stands, N knows V longer than Uzi
@@toasty_tonsty yeah but during his time with Uzi he likely knows about the same about her as he knows about V. And even if he knows less about her, finding out more about her and solving a mystery makes their relationship more interesting. After ep5 everything about n and v was revealed so it isn’t interesting anymore
That usually happens in some series where both characters try to kill eqch other or they are enemies only for them to become friends or engage in romance.
That’s what I love about them! From a logistical perspective they absolutely should have, uzi is a solver drone and treat to the universe N was literally designed to kill her. N is one of the drones that has been killing workers including her mom. But they came together despite the ways they’ve been betrayed and rejected building a trusting relationship together.
@@Vibran-k7o Yeah no people argue over this a lot, to me I always hear date (like even if I'm looking at the subtitles which do say take), and I know I'm not the only one, but also it doesn't matter because it's basically the same either way
@@Vibran-k7ono it's still don't date, she never says don't take my robot, they were holding hands, so she said "don't date my robot" and she said he was his own person, that's why
The way I see it is that their ages are determined by their software versions. In the second episode the parent-teacher conference has a banner in her classroom which states about the class being not for a specific age group, but instead beta-builds. Considering that N and the others were essentially Tessa's playthings, I wonder if they're essentially stuck in that slightly immature "teen" build.
It' honestly true too because N's big on dogs so he's basically a big puppy. A big puppy loaded to the brim with tools for murder and mayhem, but big puppy all the same.
Whatever ships that's weird ship please never do it again or like actually have the weirdest thing ever dabi x hawks it's weird it would never actually happen if someone made an entire video on it I'm totally not saying someone well or not i don't care
Glad you noticed it too and its cool how each holding/touching scene they have relates to how they feel about each other in the moment and l'm glad it finally progresses into interlocking fingers.
I recall Liam mentioning that he kinda made the timeline muddy and hard to figure out on purpose so he wouldn't write himself into a corner by accident
@@r04ch36 I'm more into the "bad writing" side, not because it's actually bad writing per se, but because it will corner you eventually (pretty much like FNAF and Adventure Time), and when you try to escape that corner, your explanation will be believable but pretty forced. I know this is an irony with the finale it got, but Star vs. the Forces of Evil did it pretty good with Eclipsa and Meteora's arc (except for the ending of the final battle that literally came out of nowhere). The writers didn't make the timeline messy, they worked with what they had, and when the fans eventually understood what was going to happen, they hyped even more. Conclusion: Don't try to outsmart your audience, it will only make things way more complicated. or you'll end up doing Evangelion (loved but messy af).
I think N still had a crush on V until episode 3, where they were checking out Doll's room and she said "They [Doll's parents] didn't even taste good." and N's response, instead of his usual chipper/bubbly self, was "Wow, V, you kinda suck..." I think that's when his crush kinda died, especially since the next episode was Cabin Fever and you see a lot of bonding between him and Uzi happen to solidify them being the main couple.
To be honest i feel like if we remove the part of N crush towards V from the pilot and we left only the memories of them in the mansion then i am sure it wouldn't affect the story in the minimum.
Something I’d be interested to see in episode 7 is Uzi and N swapping mental roles. I think it’s pretty safe to say that after the events of episode 6 N is gonna be at his lowest point emotionally, so it would be interesting and very adorable if we see Uzi trying comfort N or make him feel better in some way, kinda like how she did a bit in episode 6.
It would bother me, but I'd forgive it if it just gives them a chance. (Because winning instantly for love and friendship seems like a meh cliche to me)
@@grill999infact it's a running stereotype that revolses about students:"quiet kid" In the meme culture describes a student that is quiet ,a person that doesn't talk to nobody whilst being an unhinged psycho that always try to kill everyone and snaps easily if you insult or make fun of them
As Liam Vickers himself said: N and Uzi complement and improve each other while covering the others weak spots. The fact that their identifying colors are yellow and purple also highlights this.
dude i cant believe someone commented this but yeah you're right i never feel cringed this show's romance part it just shows how good the producers are
The golden retriever and chihuahua character ship (when done WELL) is always so much fun to watch, especially in dark comedies. Edit: ALSO their main colors are complimentary (Uzi with Purple and N with yellow), which connects them together visually and implies a relationship of some sorts! (other examples include Mario and Luigi (red and green) and Gumball and Darwin (blue and orange), though those relationships are of the sibling variety. They still count though!) Edit 2: Just realized that someone else commented this (the color bit) before me, so Im sorry about that ^w^'. The point still stands though!
Taking on count N said "she's a kid, just like us" in chapter 4. It's very unlikely for V and him to be over 18, and I think the height is more about the Dissasembly Drones being taller since from what I remember, they are even taller than adult Worker Drones, which makes it feel more like a design choice and not that N is an adult
You kind of forgot the timeline stuff, bassicly N worked for a while, got scrapped and then remade, then remade again and then copper 9 blew up and Khan and Uzi's mom got together.
@@lantheballer_2 i like n x v, too, (mostly the angst, the angst is so good!) But every n x v shipper that a murder drones youtuber just seems to hate the show because nuzi was canon. Now, im not saying all of the are, its just the two that I've seen are n x v shippers and seem to hate the show.
@@opi_xlx They aren't.. If they were, N would've never had a crush on her. Also, V would've cared for N more. Sure, siblings fight 24/7, but they care bout each other. So, yeah, they're just friends, not siblings.
@@abhikergaming7783 well it would be interesting, it'll definitely add some drama. Like how do you emotionally navigate that? Personally I would never share.
I think the biggest problem people had for Nuzi and about Uzi and her class being called 'high schoolers' is that they forget that Junior/Seniors also exists, where it's more likely people are around the 17-20 range. And it seems people also forget the height does NOT equal age, as there can be really tall minors and extremely short adults.
Honestly if people need it explained to them that height does not mean age I doubt they were paying much attention to begin with. numerous people pointed out plenty of evidence regarding this. the most blatant though is that all the worker drones are around the same height regardless of some being outright parents.
The disassembling drones being much taller then actual worker drones makes sence cause if your drone model is desing to hunt another drone model then you will at less want them to be much taller then that drone model you are hunting.
I hate how people say that this is a pro ship. Yes, N is taller than Uzi, but he is not an adult. Seriously, did those people even watch episodes 4. N: She is a kid, like us, V! Edit: I started a war.
I like you aconowledged the anti-capitalist tones that colour the backstory of Murder Drones. It was one of the most interesting things I found in the pilot episode. I especially like that J's entire character is just " boot licking class traitor"
Especially when you turn on the subs im episode 5, for me it was kinda hard to hear what tessa was saying while J was biting the chain so i turned on subs and she was saying stuff like "they want to attend union negotiations " very spookily and J answered "THIS IS AN UNRELATED LAYOFF" so yea she's an absolute scab
The whole physical and emotional support they provide each other is just so cute. Their conversation about Uzi's problems and N's reassurance adds depth to their relationship, and it's clear that they're growing closer
I feel like anyone saying that N is a adult whole Uzi is a kid hasn’t watched the show- N literally states, in episode 4, during his fight with V, that “she’s a kid! Like US V! What is wrong with you!?” Therefore stating, that N and V are both mentally kids around the same age as Uzi Also robots don’t physically age, so mentally is really all that matters
@@MosssyShadows I mean, if it was a huge mental gab I’d be really grossed out, but I agree everyone’s making a kinda big deal outa a non existent problem
For those who are saying "they're in Australia. Age is different"I could be wrong but think they knee that most of their watchers are from America or something.... Idk
@PeanutButter_CatYT”college kids” is a term, 18-24 is the age range. if theyre American, being called kid above the age of 18 isn’t outlandish. Adults over 35 still see 20 year olds as children
About the age situation: We see in the mansion incident that Tessa is most likely in high school (16-17.) And assuming she wanted friends her age, N is also probably in that age range (16-17.) But when we go back to Episode 3, The prommening we see during prom that the year is 3071 because of the balloons that say "Prom of 3071." When we see Tessa again in Episode 6 (present) then she's probably a young adult (19-21) This means that N is also around that age, and when you look at the posters, they are all 18-21, so N and Uzi are actually in a completely normal relationship! (thank goodness)
One minor problem, Uzi was not born yet in episode 5. Because Nori only gave birth to Uzi after she was infected by AS and that only happened after the events of episode 5.
From what I recall, they're both floating somewhere around 17-19 in age, so it's prooopably fine Edit: Also they're both robots with zero power dynamic issues-
Really? Uzi seems more like 15/16 while N seems 17/18. But its fine. No, not the point where its a minor dating 18 year old but Uzi seems more like a proper teen because she is while N seems much older but it works
@@jairus5091 it's possible she's just really immature, though. Either way, it's not really worth arguing over the ages of two fictional robots with zero Power dynamic issues and the most blurry confusing timeline I've seen in a while
@jairus5091 well Uzi had prom and every one from the prom court was 18/19 Uzi is just very small for a worker drone and for her age. In ep.3 we see Uzi in Dolls apartment and there is one shot were we see how much smaller she is compared to Doll and Lizzie But she is probably 18
One of the only shows where the romance doesn’t feel unnecessary. Also, love that you’re pointing out that Uzi is really just scared of losing everyone she loves.
Mostly, I believe, because it rarely has a central point. It is visible, but it's nearly never about the romance entirely. Every time something else also happens and either serves as a soil for bonding experience, or an environment in which we can see character chemistry work. It's also not exactly "romanicised" in this show. We rarely see any actual "romance", it's usually them just caring about each other. [sorry, can't word this properly.] I like to call this "kinship" to represent a special kind of bond, but only since the word "romance" is overused in our media.
@H4RNS fr. The nuzi haters only have one reason to not like Nuzi and thats because some Nuzi fan had paid liam for them to have the gold ending and put the rest of us in a bad light.
Interesting note I’d love to add: If V really wanted to actually pursue N why did she smile defending Uzi and after both N and Uzi were having a moment? I noticed numerous details that semi imply that Uzi and V both really respect N’s choice as there were plenty of scenarios they could have interfered with each others connection. Whilst as Sarcastic Chorus said, Uzi’s side could be chalked up to being embarrassed, V had an actual opportunity to push a narrative of her and N after both regained memories but doesn’t. It’s small details I find interesting. I also like how V at the end of episode four takes the blame for Uzi’s chaotic eating spree. So for a long time I always got a vibe of both somewhat respecting the others decision as there was many instances to force one of both narratives but they never do. It actually made me love the ships more because it felt like there would be a level of respect either way. I’m glad V wasn’t jealous because it made her an even better character all for it.
Well said. I agree entirely(she did admittedly get petty over it temporarily in ep 4, but I loved how she developed and both her and Uzi seem to be letting N come to his own inclusion)
I think there is still some missing things from v's and n's past that made her leave him, maybe they were in actual relationship and when his memory was wiped (maybe more than once, it might not be their first mission, maybe every time they die, or start on another planet he gets his memory wiped, while both j and v get to keep at least majority of theirs) after some time she just made decision to not start again, she still loved him, she knew that he always will have a crush on her, but she felt that maybe it would be too hard for her, that it would be better for them to not start over, and over again, always at the end being put back into square one, and now that he found someone else - she is hurt, but believes that it might be better, since at least he is happy, and she is willing to let him be happy after she treated him harshly for some extended period of time
@@superkubus-nk8lb I’m uncertain to their past relationship or what entailed from it but one thing is for certain I can’t tell is that she isn’t really a jealous character and more accepting of N and Uzi’s relationship than Tessa is. I don’t wish to speculate if their relationship was toxic because there’s not much implying it. There’s implications that V is wearing a mask to cope with a horrid past but not that she was actively malicious. We are only six episodes in and their past is the most foggy. We don’t know really how much of their past occurred. I’m not discrediting the idea but I do think V is more just respectful which honestly made her more lovable in general. I enjoy when a character respects another’s autonomy.
At episode 3 i was like "no let them be friends please, c'mon, blushing at someone the opposite gender that close to you is normal" At 4 "why would you do that Glitch" (Hand-holding was outta nowhere) 5 "ok Uzi can have a crush on N" But episode 6 oh my- this is the cutest ship i have seen in my life, nothing problematic, just being sincere and vulnerable with each other adding all they have been through together is just AAAAAA
It’s a weird situation for me, I absolutely prefer Nuzi over the many MEANY fours relationships, I think the redemption of it is that they are friends first and foremost, if they get into a actual relationship after the awkward phase i think that trust and ability to just vibe will be there relationship again, just with them admitting that they love each other
Buckle your seat belts the shows about to begin :D EDIT: "Uzi sounds like the kind of girl you'd be scared of in real life" nah uh we'd be best friends
fr like.. they are ROBOTS.. and the show is quite obviously self aware, i doubt they'd make any decisions that would leave room to argue over their age
People arguing about age and them being in highschool completely forgot the drones are mimicking human behavior since thats what they’re programmed to do. None of these drones are actually in high school, they’re just copying what the “ideal” human lifestyle would be (every Hollywood show takes place in highschool, if they’re consuming that type of media they’re going to assume high school is the ideal human setting)
Sees other disassembly drones dead. Gets capture and pretty much cut open. Has to deal whit the fact that he may have to kill Uzi. Gets attack by robot raptors Sees V sacrifice for the sake of the team. He really been through a lot recently :(
I prefer Uzi x N more than N x V, but V's death should have impact on N and his relationship with Uzi in the next episode. After all, he has/had crush on her
@@BVK. n still have love for v while hanging with uzi when he is with uzi he is worry for her theres no sign of him making a move or having him blush when they start a conversation it uzi who crushing on him
This is one of the few series that actually connects with me personally. Connects in ways of leaving the stupidity that is modern capitalist entertainment and shit, and so on. GLITCH Productions is one of those few studio that actually breaks the mold. They have created multiple series that contain characters that you truly care about and are able to like. I loved Murder Drones so much so far. I'm looking forward to what GP brings to the table in the next few months.
I would argue that its the opposite from Capitalist entertainment. As that would be just good shit beacose bad entertainment would not make money. But now all these shitty companies pump money into awful productions and deny the reality of the free market and that no one wants to watch the crap they produce. Like the Velma show. Everything Has to have a message now it cant just be fun, so everything becomes stałe and boring
In episode 6, N was 100% thinking of ways to save Uzi so she doesn’t have to die. He doesn’t want to lose her. And this little “clock” ticking down helps bring the two closer together as N wants to do everything in his power to help her, even going as fair as to CUT OFF HER ARM to help protect her from the solver Also! In a post by glitch (I think Twitter) we see a teaser with a shadow that’s clearly Uzi but she doesn’t have arms and it’s like- wires? Or sentinels
@@emythebee4312 I believe it was on twitter. It showed a shadow silhouette of Uzi, with no arms. Facing a sentinel, and it looks like she had wired for arms instead
ok ok ok, so, for the question "is N going to kill Uzi?". In my opinion, no. Because, what else would he have left? He thinks V is dead. J doesn’t give a heck about him. And Tessa practically treats him as a pet (“Please don’t date MY robot” -Tessa). Also, I don’t think N is a “greater good” type of guy, I think he cares more about his friends and I think it would be really out of character for him to kill Uzi right after he think V died. Also, we saw in Cabin Fever that Uzi started to crave oil when under emotional stress (I’m talking about that one scene with N on the kayaks). So I wonder if N is going to go full murder mode and kill Doll triggered by him thinking V is dead, his talk with Tessa, and maybe him having a crush on Uzi but I’m kinda grasping at straws on that last one. Edit: I’m calling it, I think there’s a chance Nori faked her death. Like, we don’t see a physical body, (and no, the hologram in episode two doesn’t count, that could totally be Cyn missing with Uzi for kicks because idk that kinda seems like something she would do, it also could allude to the possibility that Nori and Cyn could be in cahoots, I mean, the line “it hurts our feelings you don’t remember *us* “ said by the holographic Nori in hindsight is pretty subtle yet believable foreshadowing.) unlike Dolls parents. And like, Khan is telling us that he killed Nori, a AbsoluteSolver drone, with a wrench? Ya I’m not buying it. I think the thing thats going to set off Uzi is not finding out that N has Nori’s blood…. Or I guess Oil on his hands. But that Nori probably abandoned her. Nori does kinda have a reputation for that ya know? TLDR, Nori might be a twist villain Edit2: something else I noticed literally while showering at 12:42pm, is that Uzi probably started to fall for N in episode three after spending sometime apart from him because of the fallout from episode two. So she had sometime to think about and experience time without N, and in that time, she probably realized just how important N is to her and is why when they reunite, and she fully understands and realizes how miserable she was without him, she finds herself ridiculously in love with him. *NOW IN EPISODE 6* N is contemplating what life would be like without Uzi (We mainly see it in the scene where they talk with their visors). And after somewhat exploring what life would be like without her, the…. “feelings” for Uzi start. And an another great parallel between them is Uzi asking N, “you good?” In episode 6, mirroring N asking Uzi the same question in episode two. Which makes me quite scared that we might get a slightly less wholesome parallel to episode two in episode 7 or 8 where if Uzi goes berserk for a bit and snaps back, and N asking the heartbreaking question, “what are you things?…”. I really hope that doesn’t happen as that would be gut wrenching. Edit3: also, I think Tessa is full of…. How do I put this….. she’s *FULL OF SHIT* . ya, like she confronts N with Uzi’s death for the greater good, (wether or not AbsoluteSover drones can die is another discussion for another time.) but Tessa is either forgetting or lying about a very important fact, Disassembly Drones have the AbsoluteSolver program in them in one way or another. BRO like we see the AbsoluteSolver symbol on N and V’s visors in episode 5, not to mention that episode is all about the AbsoluteSolver program trying to delete memories in N and V. And we know that’s Cyn from the line “better then ever, buddy” said to N, probably calling back to Cyn and N’s past friendship. And we hear Cyn’s voice when J goes Hola Spooky Snake Crap. Bottom line, Tessa is talking a lot about killing drones with the AbsoluteSolver program, she just “forgot” to mention the fact that might include Disassembly Drones, huh Tessa? Edit4: I cannot describe the dread i would feel in my soul if the premiere for episode 7 or 8 appeares and i just read… “MURDER DRONES - Episode #: Heartache”. Edit5: The teaser convinced me that Nori is a twist villain or at least has done some very shady things that must’ve backfired horribly. In the teaser, there’s a scene where we see a locker with the name Nori on it, with a human looking hand with a glove on it, touching it. And then immediately after we cut to the planet core collapsing. To me, this is trying to convey that Nori is implicated with the core collapse. As for her motivations, in episode two when Cyn shows a hologram of Nori and says “ it hurts *our* feelings you don’t remember *us* ” is probably foreshadowing that they’re working together in someway. And if that’s the case, I think one of the final battles is going to be when Uzi fights Nori, her own mother. And N is fighting Halla-Spooky-Snake-Crab V. This fight could emotionally wrecked them, and would be very symbolic. As N has to fight one of his only remaining friends, V, who he actually did fight in the pilot. And Uzi this entire time seems to have thought her mother was a good and cool person, we mainly see this whenever she asks Alice if her mother was cool. But now she’s physically fighting her evil mother, The opposite of what she wanted. Edit6: Attention MD fans. Because of the wording in the description of the official Murder Drone Episode 8 and 7 teaser titled “Murder Drones - The Beginning Of The End”. I think episode 7 is going to come out somewhere between late January to early March. And episode 8 might come out in mid June to early July. Plus, the show is most likely not “ending” then. Edit7: even though I’m probably stretching hairs here, I always found it weird how Tessa, a person who should be smart, walk right into a trap in episode six. She salvages robots, and is labelled a technician. Yet she also didn’t hear V Call out that it was a trap? I think there’s something bigger at play there. Perhaps the reason why she walked right into that trap was specifically to try to get rid of V, N, and or Uzi without putting direct blame on herself. Instead, maybe trying to entirely deflect the blame over to Doll. (I’m writing edits 0-4 between Dead End and the teaser for episode 7 and 8. Edits 5+ are written between the teaser at GLITCH X and episode 7. Feel free to totally dog on this comment if my predictions turn out to be completely incorrect in the future because that would be Hella funny) PS. Im dyslexic, so im sorry if there were some spelling errors, grammar mistakes, or something like that
I mean I agree it would indeed be very out of character from him to kill Uzi ( about the greater good guy part you said it's funny how episode 1 or 2 N, would have maybe kill Uzi but right now at this part of the series, left in a MASSIVE cliffhanger, N has proven to mature a lot, and you can clearly see that in some way you can say he has some sort of mixed feeling since you can tell he knows Uzi likes him or can at least notice, but he just doesn't know how to take that ), tbh I'm very nervous about how is gonna turn out, tho I feel very bad for him considering that as you said aswell, Uzi is pretty much the only person he actually has in his life :,0
honestly the thing that makes me like the UZI x N ship over n and v is the fact that even though Uzi needs loves and relies on N she also respects him, and is just as willing and ready to be there for him as he is for her (which stands out since she really doens't do that for anyone else in the show except maybe kinda V after a bit). a lot of the other characters even v tend to either take advantage of N for his kindness or disrespect him in some other way by acting like he is weak, incompetent, or naive. I often got the impression from watching the show through multiple times that even though V did eventually come to care about N she didn't feel he was capable of handling the truth. she didn't confide in him, respect his right to know the truth about himself (lied to him), or let him take the the lead. She thought the best thing she could do for him was was try to fix everything herself instead or letting him decide how he felt about his past and the whole situation himself. which ends up leading to her being kind of controlling and indicates a lack of trust on her part in N to be able to handle the truth or decide for himself what he wanted to do about it. I like how you pointed out how much n means to Uzi but I think what really makes their ship work better is that he needs her just as much as she needs him. She respects him, looks out for him, considers his feelings, confides in him (honesty indicating trust) she doesn't take him for granted, and she DOESNT DOUBT HIM or what he's capable of. and THAT is what I think really makes their relationship awesome. and interestingly enough i think V comes to recognize this, and that's why she ends up not making as much of an effort to try and come between them even though she is jealous. because she sees the effect Uzi has on N and realizes that she makes him a better person who is happier with himself than V could do. Uzi doesn't hide or keep secrets from him about herself or about him, she worries about him getting hurt (ep 2) asks how he's feeling (ep 6) trusts in his abilities (ep 1) and doesn't belittle him for his golden retriever personality (every episode) but instead appreciates him for who he is.if i had to pinpoint a moment for this realization is would probably be when N actually stands up to her at the cabin and goes after Uzi. It's one of the first kinda big moments where you see N really stand up for himself and for Uzi to a person he has previously confessed to have a crush on, and then he goes and literally instantly ends Uzi's murderous rampage in his lovable but also badass way. Literally throwing her into the air and then having a heart to heart with her while they fall thousands of feet just to catch her at the bottom in an epic landing. the screen literally focuses in on V in the background while n and uzi have their moment and you really see the reality dawn on her, and then this culminates so beautifully with uzi and v starting to get along (in an angsty and psycho way) and then V BREAKING MY HEART by saying "i trust you" to Uzi before sacrificing herself. and ya'll, you know she was talking about Uzi looking out for N because like you said, N's well being is V's number 1 priority. And yeah V's upset that she isn't what's best for him, but she's honest and brave enough to recognize that and to end up kinda subtly supporting the two being together at first, and blatantly doing so with her sacrifice in ep 6. Personally I don't think she's dead either but i love the chemistry between those three so much and you really see how meeting and becoming friends with Uzi has not only caused N to grow but V as well and that is just such FUCKING AMAZING WRITING right there. anyhow if you read this whole literal paragraph you are a boss cuz i wrote a lot lol sry anyhow comment your thoughts below

Murder drones really deserves to rise above Helluva boss. Its just a great show theres been no problems or bad charcters and a comparatively great 2 month release schedule. Huh I started an eternal comments war. I just want as much murder drones fan content as helluva boss theory videos and stuff.
It does have it's issues, the biggest being the pacing, constantly lore dumping at every frame imo. But since it's indie animation and every episode counts I can turn the other cheek on that
We don't need to put one show down to lift up the other. The circumstances for the shows aren't the same after all. I'm personally LIVING for these more mature animated TH-cam shows blowing up. Seeing ep. 6 of murder drones have over a million views only a day after being uploaded mad me unreasonably happy.
Nuzi is a cute ship and I’m hoping for them to get together at some point, but I do understand the worry about the age gaps, but then again these guys are robots, artificial intelligence, if there was an issue they probably would’ve addressed it already, not to mention N saying him and V are kids like Uzi puts them in the same age group, I also feel like if they were meant to be older, they would’ve added design details like what khan has to show his age, but besides that I just want these two traumatised robo teens to get together, they need something positive going for them in this world of chaos they were dragged into
I felt like since the moment N said she was a child just like them, the age concerns should have faded away already, but some people can’t pay attention
@@chirrimuis2797 well I mean not many people who were just on the cusp of the fandom would not know this knowledge until watching further into the series, they would look at the designs and see that as confirmation of the “age gap”, if anything the designs of the drones show off their characters really well and provide context clues to their personalities a lot more
@@chirrimuis2797 To be honest, the actual timeline this shows follow and based on the evidence it has given, shows that might not be the case, I don't think it will be a huge deal in the show,, just like how Saracatic Chrorus talked about. Maybe there something about bots where they don't really mentally grow, and they have a set age or some shit, while their bodies themselves have had a far bigger history.
Because even through that quote, through the actual timeline of the show, N is most definitley older then Uzi, cuz he was still running and before Uzi's Mom had Uzi and things go batshit.
I honestly feel like V is the kind of person you used to have a crush on but she never really brings back the feeling, but then if you move on with it, she becomes kinda "toxic" in some sense, as It looks like she doesn't want to be with N but she also doesn't want N to end up with Uzi ( although now she is supposed to be dead, you get what I mean )
I want to briefly touch upon the timeline: It's quite possible that N was _much_ younger in the flashbacks than he is now. It's likely that N was a literal child in Home, and is around Uzi's age now.
@@abhikergaming7783 Personally, I think Sarcastic Chrous was definitley a bit biased over Nx Uzi (just like the rest of the audience) but he did got some points right about the ship between the two. Its so confusing because its really does feel like the writters literally just switched the main ship of the show, and excecute that better then most shows can do. If we had other fans from other shows here they'd definitley would be in conflict, but if we have just us regular audiences, we won't find it that bad. Although I still hope that the NxV shippers still stay alive even though this ship is not going to be countinued, because I always wanted to see how those two dynamic would've played out, andd I wana know the l o re
NxUzi is just good in the show, and theres really nothing more else to say. Thats why it feels off for newcomers or people who shipped NxV. But that doesn't always have to be the case in **Fanfiction**
This is one of those videos where I can say seeing N and Uzi holding hands gives me butterflies everytime. I have no clue why. I'm such a romance addict that it shouldn't phase me, but it does. Its like I'm intruding on something private, even though it was meant to be seen. (seriously, y'all though Tess and V wouldn't notice? ) whether they continue as friends or lovers, I wouldn't care. There are so many different relationship dynamics, out side of romantic ones, that fascinate me. I really enjoy evaluating different people's relationships, and as the therapist friend, its a given. Also, many people have claimed that the relationship felt rushed/pulled out of nowhere. Personally, I think it was paced well, considering the odd pacing changes some of the episodes have. You can't blame the writers though, can you? At least the show is a 10× better than what's in Netflix or Prime. Its evident there are time skips we are not seeing between episodes, especially with the pacing. This is where relationship developing is happening outside of the episodes. Heck, even Lizzy gives us photo evidence in Ep 3 of her and V spending time together that we never saw. Also, with Thad x Uzi, I wouldn't mind it as a ship. When we first see them, I believe alot of people thought he would be the romantic interest. Even when my friend was going in blind watching the pilot, she kept asking about Thad. However, when N came into the picture, it was both apparent to us that he was the other MC. Thad is a great character, and some N and Thad bromance would be greatly accepted. Their dynamic would be a nice dose of eye candy and character development. I believe the real reason Uzi blushed at Thad in the pilot is because she's never had someone genuinely compliment her on something relating to what she was proud and passionate about. (Those bandages made her look bada$$, hes right.) She's never received that type of attention, as far as we're are aware, and didn't know how to take that compliment. I'm in the same boat as her, and have experienced a similar situation to hers. V x N is pretty nice ship too. The memories in the mansion are a clear sign that N attraction to her isn't super shallow. I also see it similarly in the way Hiccup has a crush on Astrid in HTTYD. Yes, he liked her, he wanted to be her too. She was his example of the perfect viking, and he wanted that. I'm not saying Past!N was that exact same as that, but something similar. Especially in present time. They call him a loser and whatever, and he just wants to fit in. He did seem pretty awkward around everyone, but that could be my perception of it. V also seems to share some sort of attraction to him, because of. Ep 5 where she's blushing, but I also this that's some embarrassment thing. I see her as a more protective sister than romantic, but I'll still accept Envy being canon as long as I can keep some sort of Uzi and N dynamic. Her protective side is especially present in. Ep 4 when she calls Uzi, Cyn, Because she doesn't want N to be hurt again. But after seeing how much they care about each other, I believe that's where she really starts warming up to Uzi. Both girls don't interrupt eachothers moments with N, especially when V didn't in Ep 4 in the second to last and last scene. This allows N to have his own say and not feel pressured to side with either girl and I love that. I think N's crush on V started to die out around the end of a episode 3. In episode 1, he doesn't correct/hardly corrects V when both him and Uzi get into the bunker to stop the girls, just corrects J. But in ep 3, he says she [V] kinda sucks. (lmao one of his best lines.) I also don't think Nuzi Is a proship by any means. They all share very similar, almost the same emotional / mental maturity that I don't see it as a problem. If you've ever seen the Robots movie, we see the robots get new parts to match their age. If that the case for murder drones, I don't think upgrading your model every time you get a software update is feasible for the worker drones. Plus, if Liam thought Nuzi would be problematic, then it wouldnt be a ship. People think V is toxic. I see it as she doesn't wanna admit wrong in something pretty big, but she could also be struggling to fight her programming and integrated instincts. N being able to fight this may be linked to that fact Uzi shot his head off and that somehow affected him fighting his programming and made it easier for him. as you can see, i am a multishipper. I'll add more stuff if think of it. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk. I just finished this video and realized that alot of my points were already in the video ;-;.

Had a realization just now. Wouldnt Tessa be pissed if she got to the planet and found out J had killed N (and J would reveal this in her ususal manner, so it makes it worse, and also more likely that she would outright say "oh yeah him. I killed him."
Great video, Sarcastic! You described Nuzi perfectly. It's funny about the age thing, because I've been mistaken as a teenager just from my voice and personality even though I'm 30. So, it's amusing whenever I see someone say Uzi is obviously underaged from the way she acts. Then there's the whole thing about N's height, which has literally been confirmed in the show that him and the other MD's are taller than the WD because they were designed that way. Hence butler N and the others being worker drone height.
They would be such a good couple tho- N is caring, sweet, trustworthy, a “rebel” and uzi is a surprisingly sweet person with an amazing will power, and she and she’s a rebellious teen, n is super friendly, and wants everyone to be included even though he’s supposed to be a murder with no mercy. They’d be amazing ❤
I have no issue with the ship, but I can't lie that I was really excited that it seemed to be going in a sister/brother platonic relationship at first. N had a crush on V and Uzi had a crush on Thad, Though I didn't see Uzi and Thad going far, N and V had a ton of potential. Aside from that lost potential, I was just kind of excited to see a show for once have a male and female protag have a purely platonic and non romantic relationship. I wish it was more common in series, and I think Uzi/N were set up really great for that dynamic. All this to say I have nothing against people who ship Nuzi, just wanted to put in my 2 cents :) Great video as usual!!
I respect your opinion!!! In my case, I really liked Uzi and N as a couple, even from the beginning (though that was just because I did see potential between them). I never saw something in future for N and V, even when we got glimpses of their past, but maybe that’s me used to past loves that don’t last and character finds a new love, which I actually enjoy. Anyway I’m really glad you are not of those people who say “pro ship” and actually watch the show, it got rly tiring seeing people call the ship proship
I just never saw something between n and v. He also seems to lose feelings as he realizes how she kinda sucks (girlboss nonetheless) and I mean, nuzi is canon
@@dollie.luv333 I acknowledge it’s canon, I’m just saying I don’t think it was meant to be canon from the start until the fandom started hyping it up a ton. Again, I don’t even ship NxV I’m just stating my thoughts (besides I ship thad and n AHAHAHAH)
I love these two so much, I agree with everything you said. I don't have anything to say because you basically said it all for me and the N x Uzi shippers. Amazing video Also something I noticed in Dead End (episode 6): In the holding hands scene the little headbutt that Uzi does isn't actually Uzi, it seemed like Uzi was pulling away (she was probably too shy), N notices this (his eyes shift towards Uzi as she pulls away) and pulls her back which is why Uzi was a little startled (all of this is more noticeable if you slow the scene down), and when they interlock hands N is smiling the WHOLE TIME (all of this makes the scene even cuter) I swear to God, when I was in my bed at night at 18th August (every MD premiere is somewhere around midnight for me, I also have to go to sleep so I always watch the new episodes the following morning) my brain said "Something adorable between Uzi and N is going to happen that will make both of them blush, I can feel it, perhaps they'll hold hands or something." AND I WAS RIGHT, I CALLED IT, I PREDICTED IT (never in a Million years would I have predicted V's sacrifice tho-), guys you can call me your ✨ prophet ✨
I seriously doubt N is going to kill Uzi. If anything he's going to reach a "Moment of Crisis" where Uzi is on the brink of truly becoming the new Cyn and Tessa tries to order him to outright kill her, but instead he refuses and instead wants to save her as the only person he truly had left in his life since V possibly might be dead for all he knows. A moment that'll more than likely really put out how Tessa truly feels about him, I believe. Tessa was shown throughout Episode 5 leading up to the reveal of her being the human we saw at the end of Episode 4 to have a closer bond with J, the Company Boot Licker for reminder, than N and V. You'd think if she truley valued all 3 of them after so long that J and V wouldn't have acted the way they did towards him in the first episode. V's attitude can honestly easily be explained as her trying to repress her feelings for N but what's J's excuse? It's my belief that, upon seeing N outright refusing her orders to kill Uzi, Tessa is unintentionally going to cause a "Crisis of Fate" for N with him ultimately realizing that Tessa truly only ever saw and treated him as an object like J did, where as Uzi and even V after a while started seeing and treating him as his own person, leading him to belive that "Tessa and J are so close because they're really not so different from each other." Tessa was nothing but suspicious if not outright idiotic throughout Episode 6, she's acting like she cares about N and V but if she truly does then why does she still treat him like he's a servant bot near the end or so dismissive about his attachment to Uzi? Or why was N the only one at the end heartbroken over V's Sacrifice? It doesn't add up and it makes her look like she might not truly care for them outisde of J anymore, which judging from her suit possibly might have become a result of her being with the company if she ultimately did join it. Tessa might then try to call in J to finish the job after N more than likely takes Uzi and tries to flee with her which might ultimately cause a fight between him, J, and his now former friend Tessa with N finally realizing that he doesn't need them anymore as he finally has people who truly care about him now and would rather die trying to save them than continue being the mindless drone of a mega corporation that doesn't even care for him, V, Uzi, or the Worker Drones in the first place.
Uzi is definitely unable to speak at the end when V sacrificed herself. And if Uzi is able to hear what V said. She's either unable to respond due to the glitching. Or is so emotionally distraught that she can't process what is happening and is in a state of denial.
@@Chara_Dreemurr1 I know. I was trying to make a point that, OF the people who were able to be distraught at the time N was the only one who reacted. If Tessa truly carred for V then why didn't we see or for that matter hear some kind of reaction from her? You can't tell me that doesn't immediately raise suspicion about her and who she truly cares about, am I right?
17:05 Uzi: “Seriously, don’t do that again” N: “Uzi-“ N: “ O OKAY YOUR TURN!!!!!!!” *Table flies towards them while N yeets Uzi* Uzi in the background: “ AAAAAAAAAAAAAaAaAa!!!!!!!!!”
22:17 My personal theory for N’s age is that all three of the Murder Drone squad are actually newer because in the latest episode the creepy drone who knew Nori and the Baby Robot had multiple of the Murder Drone Core thingies in the oven machine thing, so that implies N, J, and V were not the first murder drones to be sent to the planet as that bunker seems to have killed quite a few murder drones, so it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that this squad may have only been on duty on the planet for more recent years.
Problem with V is she couldn't tell N the truth about their past because Cyn would delete them again. Plus there was nobody who could fix N memories permanently. There was nobody who could help them.
I have a solution to the age gap So in episode 7(wooo I’m from the futurrrre) it’s confirmed in an offhand comment by Cyn that multiple copies of N exist(“your other copies will forgive me”) and based on the fact that the J we see in episode 6 is also a copy, we know it’s likely that the copies can share memories. So it’s possible that the N we’ve been following isn’t the one we see in the flashback in episode 5. If he is a copy and not the original, then it’s possible that he was developed at a later date, thus making him in the same age range as Uzi.
Argue Why V X N is better down below
Both have established to already having feelings before. They had a time and backstory to how they feel. I just feel like theres more reason and depth to why N and V would like eachother since they would know eachother more.

I never thought that 2 characters starting out with trying to murder each other could become the most non-toxic relationship ever
Telling Uzi not to worry about her murderous cannibalistic spree was so sweet of N
That usually happens in some series where both characters try to kill eqch other or they are enemies only for them to become friends or engage in romance.
That’s what I love about them! From a logistical perspective they absolutely should have, uzi is a solver drone and treat to the universe N was literally designed to kill her. The way I see it is that their ages are determined by their software versions. In the second episode the parent-teacher conference has a banner in her classroom which states about the class being not for a specific age group, but instead beta-builds.

I feel like anyone saying that N is a adult whole Uzi is a kid hasn’t watched the show- N literally states, in episode 4, during his fight with V, that “she’s a kid! Like US V! What is wrong with you!?”
Therefore stating, that N and V are both mentally kids around the same age as Uzi
Also robots don’t physically age, so mentally is really all that matters
It even states that Uzi is around 18-19, and besides, it's just a show, and there just robots. Do we rly need to make a huge deal about this?
@@MosssyShadows I mean, if it was a huge mental gab I’d be really grossed out, but I agree everyone’s making a kinda big deal outa a non existent problem
@crowslife1291 Yeah, but according to the wiki, there around the same age, so I rly don't understand the problem, Uzi is just short 🤷♀️
Thank you for letting me feel happy knowing that this is actually morally right
Couldn't have said it better myself
Omg Ty because someone said n was like 30 while uzi is like 13😭😭
One minor problem, Uzi was not born yet in episode 5. Because Nori only gave birth to Uzi after she was infected by AS and that only happened after the events of episode 5.
@@redkitty74I rather think it depends on the version the drone is
From what I recall, they're both floating somewhere around 17-19 in age, so it's prooopably fine
Edit: Also they're both robots with zero power dynamic issues-
Really? Uzi seems more like 15/16 while N seems 17/18. But its fine.
No, not the point where its a minor dating 18 year old but Uzi seems more like a proper teen because she is while N seems much older but it works
@@jairus5091 it's possible she's just really immature, though.

@jairus5091 well Uzi had prom and every one from the prom court was 18/19
Uzi is just very small for a worker drone and for her age.
In ep.3 we see Uzi in Dolls apartment and there is one shot were we see how much smaller she is compared to Doll and Lizzie
But she is probably 18
@@quicksilveryt4000 Uzi is confirmed 19.
I'm confused on how N could be the same age as Uzi though. How does that work?
One of the only shows where the romance doesn’t feel unnecessary. Also, love that you’re pointing out that Uzi is really just scared of losing everyone she loves.
Mostly, I believe, because it rarely has a central point. It is visible, but it's nearly never about the romance entirely. Every time something else also happens and either serves as a soil for bonding experience, or an environment in which we can see character chemistry work. It's also not exactly "romanicised" in this show. We rarely see any actual "romance", it's usually them just caring about each other. [sorry, can't word this properly.] I like to call this "kinship" to represent a special kind of bond, but only since the word "romance" is overused in our media.
nuzi is confirmed to be cannon in episode 8! they are litterally dating now and N says thats my girlfriend after uzi does a presentaion in her school.
and n says in ep 4 they say uzi is a kid like us
You just wrote exactly what I was thinking and I love you for it 🥰
I FOUND YOU
HEY ALYMER
I was hoping that we could finally have a best friend dynamic in a popular show but honestly, I LIVE FOR THEIR RELATIONSHIP
At episode 3 i was like "no let them be friends please, c'mon, blushing at someone the opposite gender that close to you is normal"
At 4 "why would you do that Glitch"
(Hand-holding was outta nowhere)
5 "ok Uzi can have a crush on N"
But episode 6 oh my- this is the cutest ship i have seen in my life, nothing problematic, just being sincere and vulnerable with each other adding all they have been through together is just AAAAAA
It’s a weird situation for me, I absolutely prefer Nuzi over the many MEANY fours relationships, I think the redemption of it is that they are friends first and foremost, if they get into a actual relationship after the awkward phase i think that trust and ability to just vibe will be there relationship again, just with them admitting that they love each other

fr like.. they are ROBOTS.. and the show is quite obviously self aware, i doubt they'd make any decisions that would leave room to argue over their age

I would argue that its the opposite from Capitalist entertainment. As that would be just good shit beacose bad entertainment would not make money.

And this little “clock” ticking down helps bring the two closer together as N wants to do everything in his power to help her, even going as fair as to CUT OFF HER ARM to help protect her from the solver

He took a table for her. He's the one.
ok ok ok, so, for the question "is N going to kill Uzi?".
TLDR, Nori might be a twist villain
Edit2: something else I noticed literally while showering at 12:42pm, is that Uzi probably started to fall for N in episode three after spending sometime apart from him because of the fallout from episode two.
Feel free to totally dog on this comment if my predictions turn out to be completely incorrect in the future because that would be Hella funny)

@@chirrimuis2797 well I mean not many people who were just on the cusp of the fandom would not know this knowledge until watching further into the series, they would look at the designs and see that as confirmation of the “age gap”, if anything the designs of the drones show off their characters really well and provide context clues to their personalities a lot more
@@topaz4692 yeah you’re right! But some people keep calling their ship pro ship even after rhe age group confirmation
I disagree - she isn’t really like that tbh.
She used to feel jealous but at the end she trusted uzi
@@TamWam_ Well yes, that's why I said " that now she is supposed to be dead ", this is how V acted for most of the series until the very end
That’s what happened with my old friend lmao
I am pretty sure V saw Uzi just as food in the beginning and then wanned her dead cause of the fear of Uzi becoming another Cyn.
Murder Drones is basically a love story while also balancing a plot.
I see this then I melt because this explains EVERYTHING ( Plus Usi and N together is just AH )
I want to briefly touch upon the timeline: It's quite possible that N was _much_ younger in the flashbacks than he is now. It's likely that N was a literal child in Home, and is around Uzi's age now.
Notice how he was scrapped once before that, so... yeah I doubt it.

As a N x Uzi supporter, i give this video a rating of 10/10
As a V x N supporter I give this a 7/10 because I still think N x uzi makes sence but V x N does to
@@abhikergaming7783 Personally, I think Sarcastic Chrous was definitley a bit biased over Nx Uzi (just like the rest of the audience) but he did got some points right about the ship between the two.

(lmao one of his best lines.)
I also don't think Nuzi Is a proship by any means.

*N throws Uzi through the air, destroying a romantic scene*

5:33 No, it a pilot uniform. N!@# weren't the only ones who used armbands. Even today they are used.
It Almost does look like a n@$i winter uniform.
Yea, plus the armbands are literally yellow ;-;

Amazing video
Also something I noticed in Dead End (episode 6): In the holding hands scene the little headbutt that Uzi does isn't actually Uzi, it seemed like Uzi was pulling away (she was probably too shy), N notices this (his eyes shift towards Uzi as she pulls away) and pulls her back which is why Uzi was a little startled (all of this is more noticeable if you slow the scene down), and when they interlock hands N is smiling the WHOLE TIME (all of this makes the scene even cuter)
I swear to God, when I was in my bed at night at 18th August (every MD premiere is somewhere around midnight for me, I also have to go to sleep so I always watch the new episodes the following morning) my brain said "Something adorable between Uzi and N is going to happen that will make both of them blush, I can feel it, perhaps they'll hold hands or something." AND I WAS RIGHT, I CALLED IT, I PREDICTED IT (never in a Million years would I have predicted V's sacrifice tho-), guys you can call me your ✨ prophet ✨
It's my belief that, upon seeing N outright refusing her orders to kill Uzi, Tessa is unintentionally going to cause a "Crisis of Fate" for N with him ultimately realizing that Tessa truly only ever saw and treated him as an object like J did, where as Uzi and even V after a while started seeing and treating him as his own person, leading him to belive that "Tessa and J are so close because they're really not so different from each other."
Tessa was nothing but suspicious if not outright idiotic throughout Episode 6, she's acting like she cares about N and V but if she truly does then why does she still treat him like he's a servant bot near the end or so dismissive about his attachment to Uzi?
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 absolutely fucking beautiful you just read my entire mind of what I truly think will happen incredible 😁
@@SkorpionDoorman yep. Also I was just adding on and giving an explanation to why uzi didn't respond.

*Table flies towards them while N yeets Uzi*
Uzi in the background: “ AAAAAAAAAAAAAaAaAa!!!!!!!!!”
22:17 My personal theory for N’s age is that all three of the Murder Drone squad are actually newer because in the latest episode the creepy drone who knew Nori and the Baby Robot had multiple of the Murder Drone Core thingies in the oven machine thing, so that implies N, J, and V were not the first murder drones to be sent to the planet as that bunker seems to have killed quite a few murder drones, so it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that this squad may have only been on duty on the planet for more recent years.

im fine with them keeping the dad around because hes hilarious
Problem with V is she couldn't tell N the truth about their past because Cyn would delete them again.
Plus there was nobody who could fix N memories permanently.
There was nobody who could help them.
V didn't know Uzi had the same power of Cyn It only discovered It in the arrow scene
It’s so sad man. They had so much potential
Ik, NxV has so much potential but things happen, and the logic of their situation ruined that chance... Yeah someone better explore it in fanfics
But here is my question why did the adsolute solver din't delete V's memories as well?
I have a solution to the age gap
So in episode 7(wooo I’m from the futurrrre) it’s confirmed in an offhand comment by Cyn that multiple copies of N exist(“your other copies will forgive me”) and based on the fact that the J we see in episode 6 is also a copy, we know it’s likely that the copies can share memories. So it’s possible that the N we’ve been following isn’t the one we see in the flashback in episode 5. If he is a copy and not the original, then it’s possible that he was developed at a later date, thus making him in the same age range as Uzi.
