@HUSTLER7123 There is no racism in kerala. Just majority don't speak hindi as their native language is malayalam. Food, majority will be of kerala style as more than 95% will be local students. And non veg dishes will have more variety than vegetarian dishes.
Mbbs is a big waste now, newgen not interested in long term means five six yrs sare sare sambare kg boys, there are short courses with nice earnings, ......

Check last year cut off. In trivandrum govt medical college cut off rank was 360 last year. You need high score for kerala
