3:21. Many drivers will not respond to flashing to let them out - including me - It has become a dodgy move, anything can, and does, occur. But it's fine in slow/crawling traffic.as speed usually is not a factor.

Yup, I had some woman flash me to let me out the other day, but I couldn't see if it was actually clear thanks to parked vehicles, and I'm not taking someone else's word for it.

3:34. The black Corsa is flashing the Kia to go. Why? After the Corsa the road is clear, that is the time to turn right.

1'30", I nearly bought a Mazda E2200 van to transport our dogs many years ago, because they have doors on both sides, so you can always disembark (pun intended) kerbside. Why is that twonk getting their dog out into the road when they have doors kerbside?

what does flashing your lights meant to mean?

It can mean many things. Come / Go / I'm Here / Stop / That is why the Highway Code recommends NOT to flash headlights as it can be confusing and meaning nebulous.
