I am dealing with my husband having terminal cancer and today and this week to be honest I have had a really stressful and sad week but when you read out your quote from your book I felt like you were reading it straight to my heart and for that I want to thank you...I gave me a calmness that I havnt felt for a while so thank you...I know now you have your beautiful little boy and he is a true blessing to your and Jamie's love story. I do agree that you changed alot since your start on youtube but that's nothing bad at all. I loved the giggly, platinblonde and deep red lipstick person you were. But you had so much pain and anxiety. I feel over the past years we've seen you go through alot but also heal in alot of ways. How seem so much more settled and content now. I love seeing you be casual and loving. Something you always had and never lost ist your kindness though, and that's most important.
And I also feel like I grow with you. Your videos of cozy homestuff, healthy eating or just some ambient times with jamie in the nature are so good for the soul.

I had a lil cry when i saw your pillow as it reminded me of my dad when he was bed ridden & cuddling that just how you were was the only thing that gave him comfort. A nurse once told me everyone should sleep with a pillow between your legs especially when you lay on your side as it keeps your hips aligned 👍🏻. Hi Gemma just a little tip ..before baby is born wash all baby's new clothes so they are all ready for baby as it softens them up and they smell divine too not everyone does this but I found they make them more comfortable for baby x

My son Arthur is 3 now and I still sleep with a pillow between my legs. It is a hard habbit to break, so I hope Jamie learns to love the pillow 😭😂😂 xxx

I had my sons who are now 23 18 and 16 years old and I’m telling that pillow was worth every damn penny and you can use it to help support you whilst breastfeeding or pop baby on it whilst feeding trust me they are brilliant

A while ago I bought a long firm pillow from Dunelm cost somewhere between (£30-50?). When my back plays up i use it in the same way as you do to help me sleep comfortably. Interestingly when I was pregnant (years ago), was the only time i didn't experience any back pain.
I’m in my mid 40s and have experienced it all since my 20s, I’m still lost and confused.. I still don’t know where I’m going, but I’m just going along for the ride.. change is always a good thing... it might not be easy, but it will always be worth it..

I am 20, I lost my mother at 15 :(( and I still struggle with things you have grown to learn. You said need to learn to not people please and you said you learn to not obsess or get sad over smaller things. I’m doing my best but it can be so so hard. I still put other peoples happiness before my own :( But you are right, these transitional stages of your life make you learn a lot and change a lot 🥰

I'd recommend buying black and white bits and play mats for you baby to start with rather then the beige you like.. babies only see black and white for the first few weeks and then bright colours afterwards x xx

Gemma- Get a pregnancy belly band. You can get them either online or at most maternity stores. It will take the pressure off of your low back abs hips. You can wear it daily. Woman love them. I’m a nurse that works in Ob/Gyn and we recommend these all the time. Good luck.
