Considering all the work done I would not have put that same beat up impeller back in !!
I agree with that assesment, however the client didn't want to spend the money. The ski ended up working fine, old beater ski.
Where did you get that torque spec from for the impeller? I found that it should be 90 ft lbs.

180 bucks????? That spline tool is 8.95 all day long at atleast 20 sites and goes up in increments of .50 after that.
How do you get the pump off

Put whole thing in freezer for about 15 to 30 minutes and it will come right out
$12 Amazon for removal tool today.
