This isn't car culture, this is the embodiment of when man and machine become one and inseparable. This is as much soul as art. Each car a rolling art piece of ingenuity, eye for detail, and the sheer love of cars. THIS is the soul of car culture! When you take a decent, sometimes not so decent vehicle and make it into something truly unique and special. Something that isn't just fast, it makes your heart skip a beat.
It's the first time I've seen a car and think I was looking at something unreal. Like, the pure white against the night streets was like looking at an angel or something.
Helps a fuck ton that you can sit in your car and drive to multiple body shops who all have multiple parts for your car. People dont seem to grasp this at all. If i had the amazing opportunities and selections that the Japanese have i would have several cars all heavily modified.
@@datNERO17 its a matter of taste too. i've been to a few car meets over here in the US(CA and TX), and honestly most people throw money at their cars and they still end up looking so tacky and cheesy unless they straight up just copy japanese builds like in wekfest, but even then it's still full of terrible color choices, tacky random carbon fiber and such. the only decent ones are the classic cars and restomods over here. going to an american car meet is like going to an itasha car meet in japan. except it's unironically bad and not self-aware.
that cut at 5:12 when the bags dropped, the music stopped and they stopped for a snack!? whaaaatt??!! that's the kinda editing one would expect from big budget documentaries or movies! what a masterpiece!

Masterclass in automotive cinematography. The amount of passion care detail and execution is something not seen today. It's rare and this is something to aspire to. Thank you 🙏.
Despite Japan having countless excellent cars, ironically, videos like this are often flooded with comments urging adherence to traffic laws and manners, making it quite rare to see such videos within Japan. Car culture classic for me. Haven’t saw a vid like this since Hondafest, JDM car meets vids with just some good music in the background and some engine and exhaust sounds. Perfect

I would like to genuinely thank the person who crafted this masterpiece for my undeserving eyes.
The level of detail in the Japanese car scene is unmatched. They take very good care of their cars and it shows.
This is why Americans aren’t allowed and being rejected from more parts of Japan. They’re ruining the culture and just everything
tokyo drift was pseudo-documentary :D
It also helps that their streets are actually clean and not riddled with garbage, homeless and drug addicts
lowrider culture is at another level
Meanwhile the US has takeover clowns destroying stolen vehicles…
That NSX scene is absolutely insane
