His staff has a very impractical ws but it has such low cool down that it's almost spamable

By the way, when you said ara vs noxia was unwinnable did you mean in that specific scenario? Because i do fine vs ara with my noxia alot of the time

The matchup is unwinnable for Noxia if both players know what they're doing. This is an exception because WSRS Noxia actually counters Ara.

Amarok is the second best option, it's also pretty good. I also have a few videos on Xellos with that build, you can go check those out.
