@Buddy Dawson Just look into any policy for commercial entities buddy, any company can refuse to serve you as they see fit. Try bringing any private company to court if they kick you out of their establishment and/or barred you from using their service and see how well that goes.

After 9/11, and under Federal Law, pilots are instructed to land immediately at the nearest airport for any disorderly disturbances, violations, and emergencies on commercial flights. As soon as that plane lands, Federal Police officer will immediately arrest idiots like this and their names will be added to the Federal no-fly list. Causing a disturbance on commercial air flights is a Federal Crime and is punishable for up to 20 years in Federal prison.

Question: If you have a mask on, is the 6 feet distance still necessary? If so, then more changes in flying must be done. I was thinking that when flights resumed (as I usually mainly fly internationally) that passengers would be made to board and sit 6 feet apart. Crowded airports really defeats the entire purpose of Social Distancing does it not?
While I sanitize my armrests and seats, tray tables and windows, seatbelts and overhead areas on planes anyways (by the grace of God and to His glory), certainly sitting next to someone who has Covid-19 on a plane is a big risk due to even accidental touching or the person not properly wearing his/her facemask. Something for the airlines to look into.

Study published by The Lancet said, analysed data fron 172 studies in 16 countries said that there's just a 3% chance of getting Covid when wearing a masks. Does it make people feel important or cool ? Point is...even if it's helps just alittle...than it's worth it. My grandmother had my mother at home because 2 1/2 years prior she had my uncle in the hospital and they put a mask on her face. We got in a car accident when I was 6 and when the EMTs put an oxygen mask on her she freaked and ripped it off. Now I will agree that the mask they put on her face probably was causing her no physical harm but it was undeniably causing mental harm and something that causes someone mental harm is just a much of a medical condition as something that causes physical harm.

Even if I had it, not having any symptoms is proof that having it is not serious. After 10 months I haven't found any evidence in all of North America that asymptomatic carriers of the virus transmit it to others. The recovery rate is over 99%. For people under 70 years-old the recovery rate is 99.8%. Some people do get sick from it and some do die from it, but the vast majority of those are frail elderly mostly in long-term care homes, or people who already have 2 or more pre-existing serious illnesses like cancer, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, etc.

There's no advantage to wearing a mask, but anyone who has worn one knows that it restricts your breathing. Sure, it doesn't totally cut off oxygen or it would kill you on the spot, but the first requirement for good health is to breathe! That's just common sense. We need more oxygen not less. We don't need to be exhaling into a mask where pathogens and microbes collect and fester, and can cause disease which can then be transmitted to others, making you more, not less susceptible to covid-19.
You want to avoid getting sick from Covid-19? Make sure you're getting enough vitamin D. Make sure you're getting enough zinc and vitamin C. Make sure you're drinking enough water every day. Each person needs to take responsibility for keeping his/her immune system functioning properly. If you won't bother to do that, then don't blame me or anyone else you encounter who's not wearing a mask and who's not keeping 6 feet apart. That's not why you get sick. He was told the conditions before he bought his ticket and refused to abide by the conditions he agreed to. He said that he just didn't like wearing a mask. He had one and wore it to be allowed onto the plane, then removed it and said he didn't like them. He later claimed to have a medical condition. I did some research. He doesn't. They let him onto a later flight because they didn't want to refund his ticket. He flew later and wore a mask the entire flight.
No at the time he boarded the flight there was no mask mandate and the announcements on the plane by the crew were to advise people to voluntarily wear a mask but to also be polite to those who choose not to wear one. Also multiple united airline mangers apologised and agreed with him that the air hostess was out of order, the managers then put him straight on the next flight and he wasnt forced to wear a mask on that flight and was then greeted at the gate in his destination by another manager who was there specifically to apologise to him again. They blew it all out of proportion to prove a point.

Yeah the thing about kindness is that it is a voluntary act or it is not kindness. Forcing him to wear one is not about kindness. If people would have ask him kindly perhaps he would have wear one. We live in a society where people believe or think the solution is to make everything a mandate or a Law. To force people to do things they may have done anyway out of their kindness but now they can't. If everything is a law then people don't practice kindness enough. So when the moment comes they can't be. The end..

If this passenger had a medical condition, he should have shown his documentation. With the coronavirus pandemic, going on no ones want their lives in danger, especially if they don't have to.

This is just something that entitled people have been saying you can say on the internet. The problem is there's literally no actual medical issue that would stop you from wearing a mask. Anyone who can't breathe that well would be wearing oxygen so they could breathe just fine with a mask. Doctors and nurses do it all the time and you haven't heard about and I have never heard any medical conditions that stop them from doing their job or have to transfer positions to where they don't have to wear masks as regularly... honestly I've looked into it and it's just not a thing

That's why I when I recently traveled I took a train. We all had to wear a mask but the train also was not booked to full capacity.
And why did you even have to travel? I and my severely handicapped son have been secluded since March 13th ... Food dropped off 3 times now.
Wearing a mask is for safety purposes, do you want to put your parents in danger just because the stupid mask doesn't look good on you?
