yo I been acquaintance with Henrik since he was a kid. when every one stopped dressing baggy in the slopes early 2000 and people picked on him because of his style he still was going with what he thought was cool and stayed with what he liked no matter the surroundings. look at him now, all the youngins want to look like him!.

Never understand why you always need to fully quit alcohol or meat. Ever heard of moderation? Meat is actually necessary in a diet unless you want to take vitamin supplements.
As is the case with a lot of athletes, they need to figure out what works best for themselves. A lot of athletes eliminate everything to give their bodies a basic reset, then add back on.
Nah fam, go watch " the game changers" on Netflix dude! No need for vitamins if you know what to eat
