This is a critically important take. Brock is an elite learner. He came from low man on the roster, which dramatically reduced his initial reps and personal attention. He easily surpassed a guy who was on a guaranteed contract. When he got to play he got better every game. The next year his preseason was curtailed by surgery rehab. Once again we saw awareness increase game by game. No reason to believe the growth won’t continue on a geometric progression. He’s got the system, the squad and the coaching to become elite.
He’s already elite, no doubt- he led the league in most qb stats, went to the pro bowl, mvp finalist, led two come from behind victories in the playoffs. He’ll be in canton the way he’s going. The next step is to become elite among the elite.
