This is very cool, I've never seen these before. I love the colors you chose too. I'm glad you are trying new things all the time & sharing them with us..thank you 😊
Gabby, u polish perfectly and I love the colors u have chosen. I love ur videos, so interesting and pretty. I wore acrylic nails many moons ago, unfortunately they messed my nails up and took forever to grow out. Now I’m too afraid to put anything but polish on, lol! I’d never be able to accomplish these beautiful sweater nails, but u do an incredible job hon!!
Same here, they totally destroyed my nails underneath which would need cut sometimes for that French manicure look, my nail beds are really long, but on the acrylics they would start my nail bed much shorter than my own?? They have more products to protect your nails nowadays. Peel off base coats and such. Blessings from Scotland. 🙏🏴🌺
I absolutely love your videos/ tutorials. I found your channel a few months ago & I was hooked immediately. I've done my nails as per your videos many times. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful talent & showing many of us you can have beautiful nails with nail art easily. Please keep them coming. Happy holidays to you & your family Gabby. 😊❤💚🤶🎅🎄☃️
You polish perfectly every time. Wish I had half the talent you do. Always watch your videos when I see them. Merry Christmas. PS no way I could ever do these, but still enjoyed watching.
I've been wanting to try this out too but I'm waiting for an operation for another hip replacement and cant pick up all my amazon boxes which are stacked against my wall. I could ask my teenager and he'd maybe get round to it in a year or so. 😂😂 Teens are so helpful. I love this look though ❤️ it always comes out beautifully. Blessings from Scotland. 🙏🏴🌺
I hope your hip replacement goes as easily as mine did. Put that kid to work! Having beautiful nails helps when you’re healing, I think. It lifts the spirit. Best wishes from Minnesota.❤️
@@screamingmimi90 This will be my sixth operation on my hip, it's had to be surgically put back in 5 times after dislocations. (I have epileptic grand mal seizures) but I've got it under control more now and know to rest if I haven't slept, or lie down on my hospital bed in my home and pull the side up so as not to fall, not go far from home and everything else so this new replacement WILL work (I'm talking it into existence 😂🙏) At the moment I have no replacement in and it's a nightmare, . I'm waiting for brain surgery for an Aneurysm too) I haven't been out without ambulance transport for atleast 4+years. So this will be my last hail Mary. 🙏 So I'm going to have to be really careful. I just want to be able to walk in nature again (there's a park practically on my doorstep) I'd just be happy to not have to balance on one leg with crutches. It's the small simple things in life like being able to maybe go and see my Dad 💙 who's had a stroke during the lockdowns (I can't because of the stairs to his apartment). He was healthy and fit as a fiddle,, never been in hospital, he'd not long retired, him and his partner who's an angel 😇 (they've been together over 25 + years) they'd downgraded and moved into my dad's smaller apartment so they could enjoy their retirement (they had a holiday booked then that happened) my stepmum angel was still working, so had to stop to look after my dad. I feel so bad for them.😔 He has his work pension ofcourse. Oh goodness I'm rambling, I'm so sorry. Thank you for the message and I wish you and your family or loved ones or both have an amazing Christmas season 🎄 and all the best for the new year 🎉Blessings from Scotland. 🙏🏴🥂 EDIT: I want to be able to visit people in care homes or hospital who don't have visitors and just paint their nails while we chatt. I used to be a carer and understand dementia etc. I loved my job. ❤️ God bless. Again I'm sorry for rambling. 🙏🎄
Okay first off I pray you have a speedy recovery so you can get back to doing the things you love! you can ramble whenever you need to! also I agree with putting the teenager to work lol I hope you and your family have a great Christmas ♥️
did you do another top coat after you did the design?? if yes did you have to use a top coat that is made for dip powder? or did you use the gel matte top coat again??
Wow stunning!! Just found your channel and subscribed immediately! Can I ask why you don’t paint all your designs on the nail at once and then sprinkle the powder and cure?
I just found your channel and I'm hooked. Love you're quick designs and easy tourtials. My question for this look. Once you have achieved the sweater look.. Do u add a top coat at the end to seal it all in? Whether is shiny or matte?
Yes you need thicker gel, I use gel paint. You can also add clear acrylic to gel polish for thicker consistency. Beetles gel is the thinnest gel I have not great for this project it levels to fast.
Those are cute ☺️ and different types of designs I haven’t really seen them…. You did a great 😊 job for your first time…. Did you cure your nails 💅🏻 with all the acrylic on top? Maybe 🤔 that’s why your designs went a little bigger than your drawn lines.
Love it, Gabby. I’d like to know if you had a heat spike when you used the matte top coat by Beetles? I read a lot of reviews saying that, and I had the same thing happen to me. I love that top coat because it makes a velvety finish that is *perfectly* matte. My nails are a bit over-filed from my own learning curve, so maybe that’s the only reason it was hot. Patience is so hard when waiting for nails to grow out!💅🏻❤️💖
IF you find your hand is too shaky for you to draw or paint a straight line... eat a banana & wait a few minutes. The potassium will steady your shakes & away you go!👍😁
I really love these sweater nails. They look so 3D and perfect for Christmas. You do designs so wonderfully!!
thank you!!
These look cozy idk why 💜

Ready for this! In love with the sweater design 🖤
Wow, super inspiring. By far my fave nails I’ve seen in a long time 💅🏻💅🏻

Beautiful design. I always wonder how that look was accomplished thank you
This is really cute. Your videos are always so simple and elegant. Because of you, I like neutral colors now. I was all about the pink before. ❤

They look fab and such fun to do too.
They turned out great! I always prefer to use the same color as a base and the design. I think it looks more like a sweater
thank you and I agree!
Espetacular 😍👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Hi Gabby, the nails look amazing! What type of gel did you use to get that textured look? Thanks!!
Nailed it
Yes you need thicker gel, I use gel paint. You can also add clear acrylic to gel polish for thicker consistency. Beetles gel is the thinnest gel I have not great for this project it levels to fast.
How long do you typically cure the matte top coat for? I have the same one but it always comes out wrinkly :(
Would it work to take a bent paper clip and smush that into the nails prior to curing?

thank you! and yes I did! I wanted to make sure the design stood out
@@GabbyAngelique you’re welcome ☺️

thank you! And really? no I haven’t experienced that! it probably is from a thinner nail plate
but definitely agree, waiting for nails to grow out again feels like it takes forever 😭
I'm not sure if you told the reason on the video but why didn't you make the whole design and *then* apply the powder gel?
5:53 what is this color I love it 😍 ❤️
you can buy the silicone 3D mold for this
What?!! I need to look into that

Beautiful! 🌹.. Thank you for sharing! By the way.. Sexy voice😊
bahaha thank you!
is this nail design also suitable for man?
