I z głowy. Polecam.
Pedro Alves on my channel there is a video how to remove cabin ventilator/blower, it is aint rhat easy but it is possible to remove it even if u have never it done. From filter side it is not possible to access it.
Well pedals are easy stuff, hard stuff is to get fan out, bcos there is not enough space. But I dont think there is any other easier way, since fan is screwed in to the dash/vent inlet. Any way, sometimes it helps if you turn ur blower max and hit a few times with a hand where fan is kinda located (from driver side or from passanger side), bcos it is thight in the place and if it is dirt that have clogged in it, they may get loose if u hit at right moment. I kind a did like that for a while and it worked for me, but then mine stopped working at all, i think water from a/c+dust stopped mine, because i didnt have to replace it when i took it out, just had to clean it :)
What are the actual dimensions for the Mégane II cabin filter, 'cause online there's different dimensions shown all for this model, all guaranteed to fit, verified by the actual registration number of the car. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ So confusing! There should be only one dimension, right?
hi there, I dont think it is a big deal, I agree with you that dimensions for each brand varies, but I would stick with any filter within dimensions of width 41-42 mm x height 180.5-187.5 mm x length 248x278 mm I think all of the filter will work fine, I dont know how they make the dimensions out that they varies so much :D length varies due to end clip length, for one filter it is longer clip, probably will be better fixed and for other filters it is just a prop :D
I know, that it is possible to remove the filter without removing glove box, I even tried it once and I found out that it is not the best way since there is not a lot of room and you have to bend the filter a lot what is not very nice especially when you wanna put a new one in! :)
Do you have pedals on both sides or what, I am quite sure that for Right hand drive cars they have put cabin filter on the opposite side, close to glove compartment, it is easy to check it even without dissembling anything, only you need to bend a little bit, but since I havent worked on right hand side cars this is just my guess
Only the French could make it this complex
What's complex about it compared to a German Opel Astra?
Tanx 4 the explanation, great and clearly way!
great tutorial, thanks!
Is there no air filter for the petrol version? I can’t even find the airfilter for my megane 2 with 2L petrol engine! Am I correct?
i have same engine not sure where it is either

Wow, for real, I want to buy a CC version, but I can't add a cone airfilter?!
jeeezzzaz... you have to tear the bloody car apart to change a filter
It is just icing, try to replace clutch slave cylinder :D
Or change a lightbulb 💡, for example....
thank you was realy helping me
There' no need to remove the glove box!

There is no need to remove the glove box, this is insane and unnecessary!

I have the right hand drive Sport model, the pedals are in the way lol

Jesus christ... What a joke.. Take the car apart to put a filter in....
It is Reno...
No. This tutorial is a joke. All you need to take off to change this filter is the cover he takes off at 3:27.
Best way to access the hot air blower motor?
