Kevin I love your videos. I'm 41 and especially love the movie references! War Games, Star Trek etc... even Tina Fey winking lol. I'll always remember E&M wink start now. The Lord will greatly bless you for sharing your knowledge. You are a true blessing in my life.

This is REALLY helping to put some of these introductory concepts together in my head, Kevin. Let's face it: not all of us have the insight or experience that you do. THANK YOU for making this accessible to us junior-folk!

Great as always Mr Kevin. Like Einstein said "If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough." And you definitely are a Master in the topic. Thanks Kevin Wallace.

Thanks Kevin, I just learned something I must have missed in my reading and CBT videos about Tip & Ring carries voice and E & M carrying the signaling. It's locked in tight now.

Fun fact: The 3.5mm audio plugs were actually invented as an upgrade to the longer plugs used by operators at cordboard positions. Also, cordboards were still in use in some places as late as the mid 80s.

This video is actually cut off on TH-cam. It lasts only 14:25 and should be over 28 minutes long. The video on Network World's web site is 28:31.
