I think your boyfriend's fossil is a Xiphosura. It's basically a prehistoric relative of a horseshoe crab. Cool haul. Sounds like it was a fun trip. 👍 And seeing souvenir hauls is always fun. Whenever I go anywhere near a coastal community I'm all about collecting shark's teeth and pirate stuff for some reason, lol.
