Anyone else having trouble with their game ? On my device, I open it and am "taken" to the regatta screen. Eventually, it says my team stays in the same league. I then try to collect the bonuses. But, every time I click to collect them, my game cuts out on me completely, and, the screen on my device is taken to my personal home screen. I cannot get past that regatta game screen any further. This has been going on for over a year. Used to, I could bypass the regatta by clicking on the "X" but now, I cannot do that. I have written to Playrix about this problem several times. Once they asked me to send a video to them while in the game comment area. But, I cannot get to that area past the regatta screen. Plus, I don't know how to send a video of it. I have had no other correspondence from them. Nor has anything changed in the gameplay so far. Is anyone else having any trouble with playing their game or getting a solution to a problem they may be having ? It IS quite aggravating to me that this is happening !
This may happen because your device cannot handle the app. Older or different devices may act up with certain applications, as I used to play on an old iPad that isn’t meant to play games on, and it did the same thing all the time. Also, try making sure the game is fully updated, shutting down your iPad, (press down off button then after a couple minutes hold it again to turn it back on), clearing cookies and cache, deleting unused apps, finding ways to get rid of taken storage, or updating the device to a new iOS version via the software update function in the settings. I realize this probably isn’t of much help as it is eight months later, but still, that is what I would do.

Very very disappointed to see developers approach bcz I think for last 1 year no new event only 1-2 repetitive event now it's boring I am also completed my tc 🤣🤣 as well.....
