THIS. the first time i saw your vid that you are moving out and staying at a condo parang napatanong din ako, why a condo instead of a house na lang tslaga. i mean, for safety measures, a house is the safest compared to condos na maraming tao and you are really not sure sa mga pumapasok or even sa mga visitors or yung mga nagpapadala, mahirap mang judge but some people nowadays are really different and scary. i remember living in a condo w my cousin before too and two weeks in dami nang aberya and to think they are pretty much a known condo and have been coined as one of the safest, nagkaprob din sa safety namin before, eh di nga kami sikat ano, what more ikaw na influencer and andaming sumusubaybay sayo. glad you are being transparent/honest especially since andami mong younger followers/subscribers. at least this time they will be more informed and consider having a house instead. not against having a condo but i also just had a bad experience when i was living in one.
hope you are feeling safer now and thank you for being a motivation especially to the ones your age to work harder pati na din sa pag cocontrol ng pera etc.

Check the water supply on the upper floor/floors, you can try to check also the house at night time or if its raining, to check if there’s leak or if the neighborhood is maingay at a specific time. Even if its a new house po.

I stopped watching vlogs this past few months, also 2021 was really a tough year for me. And now as the month of December approached, I finally had the time to rest and realize many things. I recommend for you to register for a P.O Box so that your address is safe. 😊 Have your package delivered on a separate address by brands then have an assistant to have it delivered to your address.

I'm just watching your vlog right now and I kinda agree with your pros and cons of living in a condo. Same din ang pros (especially security) but also same din ng cons (esp. the fire alarm na sometimes we shake it off since baka may aksidenteng pinipindot lang), we had not used our buildings elevator since 2017 (just the stairs) and my added cons is yung sa online shopping.
But good for you for the changes despite the pandemic 👏👏👏👏👏
Hi be. Hahaha be talaag mag ka aage kasi tayo ka be nalamg. Ever since talaga nanonood na ako ng vlogs mo since 2017. Tapos napproud talagaa ako sayo kasi lahat na nasayo nakapag pundar kana laaht. Ansd also nung nagvlog kana na your living alone na talaag tapos condo unit. nag comment ata ako dun na be mas sana nag bahay ka nalang and Napaisip talagaa ako hala bat nag condo si hazel mas mabagay talaga sknya ung house talaga kasi vlogger ka tapos dmi mo pang gamit tapos naisip kona for sure soon maghahanap na to ng literal na bahay. Niiyak ako kasi I’m your fan since nung college ka palang ate and seeing you now having a problem what house to buy is very fulfilling kasi alam mong nag grow ka talaga ate, not just grow but you grow successfully.
I think the 3rd house suits your needs, kasi ang problema mo lang is yung built ins and design, you can fix that in the future, patanggal ganon, or renovate pag nakabawi ng budget, unlike the security, di naman mabibili ng pera ang security. The lighting as well its a part of your job, and given na siya don. You can turn your house into your personality.

Good thing you moved out, Hazel. We're planning, too. The security is very good naman here in our condo pero the admin sucks. Like when someone was peeking out outside our window and I asked for a CCTV review, wala daw nakita ang admin and we weren't allowed to view the footage. Kaloka! 😆

Sa isang Premium Condominium in Makati and all I can say is you have all the rights to raise such concerns and do follow up sa mishaps ng Admin. 😔 But still I’m so happy for your journey! What will happen if you sell the furnitures from the fully fully furnished house then use the money to buy new ones that would suit your personality instead? Are you allowed to do that or not? Cause if yes, you can do that, then sizz dun ako sa 3rd house.

I feel u ate. I've been living alone since 2019 here in cebu. So nice to be independent yet stressful kasi iisipin mo talaga lahat. For the past 3 yrs of living alone 3 times din ako lumilipat ng bahay dahil gusto naman talaga natin ng safety at tsaka accessible sa work at sa mga relatives. Yung may electric fence/fully furnised nice, pero parang malaki masyado yung space sa likod. Yung mga damuhan na pinakita mo po. Kung leaving alone ka lang parang nakakatakot. For me lang naman. Parang mas okay yun if family yung nakatira ☺️
