How did you get the circles in the background?

I tried to add circles and stars to the background with stencil and distress ink. I can't recommend this method because my distress ink didn't look very attractive on top of olive marker. Maybe Distress Oxide, which is opaque, would be better, but I don't have it. In the end I tried to save the background by sprinking over it acrylic paint, but still the effect wasn't the best.

@@ColoringwithAlena I think it looks great! I was going to do this page but was intimidated by the background lol yours turned out wonderful. The dots and stars distracts from the marker lines and just makes the whole page look magical ❤️
