The video is so profound and poetic. Everything we count as our physical reality is sinking sand, and we literally struggle through it all. Dull and lifeless until we look to the eternal which transcends our physical senses. In the eternal through Christ Jesus we find life and meaning. I also see the different videos of things we’d typically count as achievements and trophies and advancement in this life (or technology, excellence by our human standards in things like sports, and other human accomplishments.) all these things cannot be relied upon. They’re all sinking sand. Only the eternal which seems the most mundane and unrealistic can actually bring us back from a dull life where we are just coasting and struggling, to a vibrant life in Christ Jesus where we are soaring like eagles. Just like it was for the man in the video. So deep.

@@mastertrams Actually "Cornerstone" is NOT a cover of "My Hope is built on nothing less (Solid Rock)", the 1834 hymn (which you can easily find on TH-cam) although of course it's definitely inspired by it.
And now you know better, you could delete your comments on this thread then telling everyone that "Cornerstone" is being played at the beginning and the end of "Sure thing"!!

The last two minutes of this song is what I wish I could find a whole album of.. Beautiful, peaceful, instrumental worship without the distraction of vocals and loud drum parts. I do enjoy those for a specific setting but I am trying to grow in worship and learn to sing out whatever is in my heart and it's difficult for me to do that with loud music and lead vocals.
