We have only been back to contact training for 4 weeks and I am new to the team. We have spent those four weeks working on our Game Model when Out of Possession. We have only been able to discuss our In Possession Game Model verbally and with the tactics board before the two friendlies we have had so far.
Our In Possession Game Model is focussed on arriving with the ball in Prime Assist Areas (PAA) so that we can provide better Goal Scoring opportunities in the Prime Scoring Areas (PSA).
This clip, and my analysis, shows an opportunity we had to penetrate the PAA in Lane 2 (we split the pitch vertically into 5 lanes). The clip looks at how to Create the Attack and the Roles & Responsibilities of the players not immediately involved in the phase.
If you have any questions or observations please let me know and if you would like me to provide any analysis of video clips that you have, please comment or message me.
