No need to apologize! I honestly don’t know how you get done what you do in a day! I’m retired, my children are grown up, I have a smaller house, and the day flies by! Loving your vlogs - your voice and sayings and your beautiful scenery take me back to England. I’ve lived in Canada since I was 14 and I love it, but England will always be special and lovely.
I have been a viewer for 7 years and I have always thought your mothering skills was the best, and now hearing how you see the world and all the sentient beings in it makes me admire you all the more. Oh, I think you see your body bigger than it actually is and that is why what you sew and knit fits bigger on your body.
You don’t need to apologise I just love watching and listening to you ramble it’s relaxing even when you are dashing around. Time does just fly I don’t know how I worked full time, ran our home, children, horses, dogs, cats and chickens and yet now retired it still seems busy!
I still have my Sindy, Paul with hair ( not many of those around) and Tressy doll. Just found them this weekend while emptying a box from the garage. Super seeing your Sindy sitting on a shelf in your kitchen. Even a vlog with you answering questions is a great vlog so thanks.⭐️
Thank you for answering my question about the wildlife in your garden. We get squirrels who, as you say are very entertaining, especially when the trees are bare! We also get pigeons, I think everyone dies these days! We also get magpies, one of whom would raid our doorstep milk delivery. He wasn't after the milk but the breakfast pastries, which was mist upsetting! They came in recyclable plastic bags, so we asked if they could be delivered I something that wasn't see-through! That stopped the little blighter! We now get the occasional red kite flying over anx after they released some white tailed eagles at Longleat, fir a short while we would settle them flying over our local Lidl!
The dove from above! Lol! We get the occasional rat in our garden as we are near farmland, woodland and a railway line. We have a visiting fox, squirrels and a badger. We have one squirrel without a tail at the moment. I thought it was a rabbit when I first saw it on the garden. Hopefully it will survive.
Gayna, thank you for allowing us to spend time with you and your wonderful family and pets. We all need a down day at times, so please take them when needed. Since I live on the other side of the world to you I love when you take us out and about, you live in a beautiful part of the world. I really enjoy the time spent with you.
Hi gorgeous lady, you’re keeping me company whilst I knit and recover from this bloody lurgy, so lovely to see a new channel from you, lots to catch up on xx
Perfect chat to listen to after a round of moving dirt around in the yard ( an effort at making a new garden bed). Thank you! Oh, and I love the color of your room so much! It must be a great place to sit and knit!
Live in the countyside too.. absolutely love every single creature that visits the garden..we don't get moles in Ireland but here where I live we get pine martens in the garden.. they're partial to a jam sandwich ☘️❤️
Just returned from a 15 day vacation. I fianlly made it England (London -very chaotic, and Cornwall - absolutely lovely). Now I am starting to catch up on your vlogs. I missed watching them. Love the shorter hair.
Gayna, can’t remember if I’ve previously mentioned but I’d encourage you to buy pure magnesium flakes , dilute a tablespoon in a spray bottle , shake before use and spray partially after a shower or bath in painful area or area’s 🥴…. Honestly, keep it going and within a week I guarantee you’ll feel so much easier …. Give it a go 👍
Thanks for another lovely video, I don’t really care what they’re about, it’s just nice to chat with a friend. 😊 I’m into dresses at the moment inspired by you, so thanks for that too! Xx
You''re right I did have a giggle!! I might've flown over you last week on our way back from Ireland - I did wave just in case. Not too impressed with Bristol Airport right now 🤷 xx
I agree gayna ….. where does the time go! one minute I’m in my thirties and the next I’m fast approaching my 60th (next year) 😮😮😮 everyone else wants a party but me !
We have recently gotten chipmunks in the garden! I’m so happy! They are adorable! I think they may be living in the barn with the horses and a flock of sparrows!
Oooh I love sewing my own clothes. The problem is with off the peg clothes is that I will scrutinize every detail down to how the seams are finished! If the seams are crud then I wont bother. I also keep saying " I have a pattern for that, I can make that" I have 2 projects on the go now as well as other crafts (when I have time). In between hairdressing, crafts and my family its a wonder I have time to sit still!
Thanks for answering my question…. I do feel nosey sometimes asking such things. And totally understandable that you didn’t need to be dealing with YT when you had to get things back to order after staying guests.
Gayna, I live in the middle of a town, and this year the rats and mice are running rife in my back garden! Mice have been nibbling at my tomatoes inside the greenhouse and yesterday I saw a rat steal a pear and run off with it!!
Your local fauna sounds like Beatrix Potter come to life! So exotic to us Australian ... except the rabbits, foxes, mice and rats brought out here by/with settlers. We share our gardens with possums - big brush tails and tiny ring-tails plus a multitude of birds including kookaburras, rainbow lorrikeets, cockatoos, eastern Rosella's, tawny frogmouths and Australian magpies. Plus assorted other smaller birds. And we have occasional visits by fruit bats as well as the local microbats. Not far away from here, wallabies and kangaroos, koalas and echidna, wombats and emus still live in the wild but too close to humans sometimes, which isn't always a safe situation (for the animals).
Hi. I love your videos as they are so different and you never know what is going to happen next😂. I have a question for you: do you have a favourite lingerie brand and why? Keep making these great videos😘
I’m boring underwear wise. I have 5 pack cotton bikini knickers from M&S in white, nude and black. My bras are usually by fantasies but lately I’ve been wearing jersey crop top bra’s from next. So dull!!!
Hi Gayna. I've been watching you for some time now and have heard you telling us about your coccyx (tailbone) problem. I've seen the pillow you use but I think that type (donut) is used more for another reason. I wasn't able to post a picture but if you Google tailbone pillow you'll see the cutout is in the back (U shape). I have a problem with my vertebra and this helps tremendously. Hope you find this useful. BTW like your hair .😊
Yes I have one of those for my car and it’s great when you are sat upright but too soft and unsupportive when sitting on the sofa. I find with the donut I can sit angled so I’m in a relaxing position with my coccyx suspended in the hole with zero pressure on it. Not sure I have explained that very well 😅
Reminds me a few years ago I heard a noise outside my front door! on opening a pheasant was hopping up the doorstep.. I stepped back in amazement and it walked into my hall (i’m one of those terrified of any bird in a house let alone the size of this one 😱) My husband hadn’t long gone to bed heard the commotion and came to see what was up. There he stood in his underpants staring at the pheasant who turned and ran through to the stairs, I am now in a huge panic and ran into my father in laws room (another story but he lived with us for the last four years of his life) he was sat in his chair and surprised to see me come in terrified! asked me what was wrong I said there’s a pheasant in the house, he being very deaf asked “a what” where we proceeded into me shouting A PHEASANT him repeating what for the next few minutes 🙄 then my husband shouted got it.. On opening the door … there he stood astride the pheasant in his underpants pleased with having caught the bloody thing before the whole house was covered with **** Dad looked out and just said Oh a Pheasant 😂😂😂 I so wish i’d captured it on my phone. As you say the joys of living in the countryside.. now I look back and treasure such a memory but still frightened of birds except out in garden!!
This is probably too nosey, but would you ever consider talking about your past jobs (when you worked outide the home). I know you mentioned Virgin Atlantic and I think you said you worked in a café. I'd love to know if you had career aspirations from a young age. I personally find the pressure to find a "proper career" very hard and tend to stay in a job for only a year or two before moving on to the next one!

Omg the dove from above. Best imitation of the dove I’ve heard.

Never apologize because you are busy! We could all see the family chaos! It’s always lovely to sit down for a chat. Love WW xx
Another lovely, honest sincere video Gayna. Thank you for taking the time to put these together and sharing your family and friend time with us.

Always good to see you and you don’t have to apologise, you are a very busy lady 😊

Whatttt??? You must have driven past me on your way from London to Cornwall!!!
@@GaynaJane ,it was a Viking Cruise. We stopped in Portsmouth and Falmouth.

The dove from above lol
A friend of mine often asked where has the time gone
My answer is “ Down the plug hole of infinity “ 😂😂😂😂

Gayna you need to get some barn cats😍. That will solve the mice and rats 😉
I would love some barn cats! They have them at the farm but I don’t know how to get them up here!
You're only 5'5"?! You look so much taller, Gayna. 🥰
Lovely chat.

I have chatted about this before. It I can again. I’m a two year wonder. I seem to jump ship every two years 😂😂😂
See you tomorrow.❤😊

Strange, nosey question but why don’t you use your en suite? 😄
I don’t like it. It’s dark and the shower is “open” so I feel cold in it. I prefer the family bathroom 🥰
🥰
You must be exhausted wish I had ur energy mind you am 70 but 21 year brain 😂
I’m 70 too Glenda, with a 21 year old brain and often a 90 year old energy! 😂
