It's fascinated that you can be here today, and still be experiencing the past from so many years ago!! If you ever come close to this time preserved historic place, go there!! It's living history!!

Spøttrup Castle in Jylland is far older, also built by a Danish nobleman (Johan Skarpenberg) and just as well preserved.

This building must have been out of date already when it was built. It looks like it's from the 11th or 12th century.
