Lol you can see all tools he used. Skillsaw, jigsaw, drill, straight board for long cuts, pencil, measuring tape, power stapler.

Its made of Plywood which is very strong and will last for years if taken care of.
It's probably MSG, a type of particle board, very thin, but workable.
