Admittedly. Fist Bump is my least favorite Sonic main theme song - at least as I can think of at the moment - but it still has an obvious personality to it.
The only thing I really liked about this show was the villains. The Butcher, Mr. Sandwich head guy, whatever the evil mouse brain guy is, they were amazing. I never really liked any of the other characters...
I disagree on the matter of other characters, but I can respect a differing opinion.
You're right about the villains, though. They're interesting, funny, and unique among cartoon antagonists. To this day, I consider them among the most memorable and interesting of all animated characters.
By the way, the mouse-brained fellow is "Dr. Two-Brains".

I still like the characters, I just find some of them, like Word Girl herself, annoying.
Oh, I can agree with that, even though our standards for annoyance probably differ.
Most of the characters seem deliberately designed to be comically, yet pitifully, incompetent, as if almost Preposterocity's (that's the original name of the city, by the way; they started calling it just "Fair City" later on) entire populace drank lead-poisoned water.
To be fair, the writers and the show itself seem to be fully aware of just how annoying these characters and their stupidity can be. That's one of my favorite things about the show, in fact.

If PBS Kids didn't have such high standards in regard to mature themes- or rather, in keeping them in-check- the Wordgirl team probably would have Bob do an implied rude gesture at some point.
And yes, Dr. Two-Brains looks rather like Rick. Two very different characters, though. All the Rick clones in the multiverse, with all their pessimism, probably couldn't bring Doc. 2B down as long as the latter's got provolone on hand.
Although 2B might liquify them afterward.

The show is called "Wordgirl" (hence the video title); It's about a young superheroine with the Superman suite of superpowers, plus unlimited vocabulary, who protects a bunch of possibly lead-poisoned people- I'm tempted to comment on these peoples' intelligence, but I don't want to be mean- from a host of really strange villains.
